Under The Perspective Of Supply Side Reform The Hubei Province Stadium Operation And Management Of The Empirical Research

"Supply-side structural reforms," the theory was first proposed in the study General Secretary of the Central Financial Work Leading Group meeting of November 10,2015,that is in a moderate expansion of the size of the total demand,efforts to reform the supply-side end,Through the improvement of supply quality and efficiency,to achieve the transformation of economic structure development.In the rapid economic development today,large-scale sports venues as an important carrier of sporting events,unprecedented scale of construction,investment scale is also increasing.although i often heard the news that Large stadiums are abandoned because of low utilization rates.However,the author often see the public welfare of the national fitness activities of the lack of professional venues and lead to occupation of public places caused by the phenomenon of contradictions.The reason why such a contradiction is because large stadiums as the subject of management of supply and demand in the business supply dislocation in supply and demand due to low capacity.The people's growing spiritual needs and sports needs can not match the supply of products and supply capacity of large-scale sports venues in China at this stage.In view of this phenomenon,I hope to follow the central side of the supply side of the reform of thinking,combined with their own professional knowledge to solve the large-scale stadiums supply and demand balance,In the supply side of the reform under the background to make healthy and sustainable development,in the management process to achieve their own role to ensure the quality of supply,Let it not only become the carrier of sports events and can be the first choice for national fitness venues.This paper first introduces the background of the topic,the purpose,the method and the significance of the study.Then,through the review of the domestic and foreign experts and scholars' research results,this paper briefly introduces the research on the management of sports venues,especially the management mode of the venues And comprehensive review;Combined with the expertise learned the use ofliterature,case studies,expert interviews,logical analysis and other research methods,from management mode,the ability to supply management,input-output venue for major sports venues in Hubei province elaborate,This paper analyzes the dilemma of the large stadiums in Hubei Province at present and carries out case studies with1.Wuhan Sports Center as the entry point,Research management system innovation,2.management innovation content,3.policy support on the advantages of Wuhan Sports Center in demand from the supply-side factors.Hoping to find out the direction of the development of large-scale stadiums in Hubei Province under the tide of supply-side reform,and provide some suggestions for the reform of large-scale stadiums in Hubei Province.
