Secretary General Xi Jinping during the 11 th meeting of the central finance and economic leading group pointed out that the country must adhere to quality first,efficiency at the front,structural reform as the baseline to supply side economic development where quality,efficiency,dynamic change are all considered factors of production.This is the party's new positioning and requirements for the economic development and economic work line of the supply-side structural reform.The report proposes that the overall improvement of product and service quality will act as the center of improving the quality of the supply system.In order to implement this requirement,we should establish the consciousness of quality first,raise standards in agricultural products,industrial manufacturing and service industries,develop the spirit of craftsmanship,and enhance core competitiveness.This has brought stadium management to the attention of government departments at all levels.With the development of the sports industry in our country,large-scale sports events are increasing and in conjunction,construction of stadiums are also increasing.However,at the same time,the management of large sports stadiums in China still have a low utilization rate,serious vacancy with limited operations and management ability are proving to be a large problem.A lack of quality content and the development of intangible assets are not developed enough.The concept of effective management is secondary to infrastructure development,in addition,the operation cost are too high.The government is overburdened with a lack of talent in operations management in the field of stadiums,amongst other issues.In order to further understand large-scale sports venues in the aspect of management,in order to solve pertinent issues and improve the comprehensive benefit of large sports venues,this report will evaluate large-scale stadiums in reference to the venue operations,using secondary literary research,fieldwork methodology and logical inductive methodology,etc.,under the premis of supply side structural reform of the stadium management.At the same time,this paper not only analyzes a theoretical framework,but utilizes the Wukesong Stadium as a real-world example.On the basis of literary analysis,using internship experience at the Wukesong Stadium has allowed me to conduct in-depth field and empirical research.In this report I have successfully combed and summarized the experience of successful foreign stadium operations,drawing lessons from advanced foreign ideologies of large sports venue management.It is my hope that through my suggestions in this report and my in-depth rationalization into the management structure at the Wukesong Stadium there will be enlightenment to the development of future stadiums within China.
