| Guangxi is located in the southwest coast of China with subtropical monsoon climate,with long and hot summers,abundant rainfall and developed surface water resources.Drowning accidents of primary school students occur frequently in Guangxi,so it has become the top priority of primary school sports to carry out swimming teaching in schools to help students master swimming lifesaving skills.To carry out swimming teaching in primary schools can cultivate students’ interest and hobby in swimming and the habit of insisting on exercise,form good psychological quality,improve interpersonal communication ability and collective responsibility,establish a healthy lifestyle,and form a positive and optimistic attitude towards life.For schools that do not offer swimming lessons,the intervention of third-party clubs is an important way to help primary schools popularize swimming lessons.From the perspective of theory and practice,this is a very valuable and meaningful research topic.The involvement of a third party club in the development of swimming curriculum in cooperation with schools is a weak link in school physical education in China,and there are few relevant studies.Based on the theoretical support of social sports,sports economics and school sports,this paper summarizes the previous research results and adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey.Using the mathematical statistics,logic analysis,interviews and questionnaire quantitative statistical analysis of the method of combining the research object of this article has carried on the empirical investigation,namely to Gong Ken Jian swimming club in Beijing elementary school swimming teaching empirical investigation and research,find out the club’s primary school in different regions of Guangxi to promote swimming lessons,for the third party intervenes in the development of primary school swimming teaching club provide reference and reference.The participation of social forces in the development of school swimming curriculum is very rare in school sports in Guangxi.On the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research results,this paper uses the literature material method,Field method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to Beijing Gong Ken Jian swimming club in elementary school education for empirical investigation and research,explore the club in the Guangxi regional elementary school to promote the opportunity of swimming class,practice and trouble,It provides reference for the third party club to intervene in the development of primary school swimming education.Through the research,this paper draws the following research conclusions:(1)Opportunities for clubs to intervene in primary school swimming education:First,schools have the need to offer swimming lessons but lack the ability to carry out swimming teaching,so it is a good solution to seek the help of social forces;Second,society has the ability to provide more ways for students to learn swimming,and clubs have the ability to help schools solve the shortage of places and teachers.Third,the existing supportive measures to promote social forces to participate in primary school physical education;Fourth,the club involved in primary school swimming teaching,increased the profit of the enterprise,improve the popularity rate of school swimming skills,both sides can win each other.(2)The practical appearance and value of Beijing Gong Ken Jian Swimming Club’s intervention in primary school swimming education are shown as follows: First of all,the involvement of clubs in primary school swimming teaching is of great significance in strengthening the safety education of drowning prevention for students in Guangxi region,implementing sunshine sports,improving swimming environment and training reserve swimming talents.Second,the implementation process of the club’s involvement in primary school swimming teaching includes six aspects: public lecture on drowning prevention,reaching a consensus with schools,site intervention,curriculum development,teaching students and student evaluation.Third,the swimming class of the club in the primary school is organized and implemented by the way of daily public welfare swimming class teaching and extracurricular non-public welfare swimming training as a supplement.Fourthly,the club’s involvement in primary school swimming teaching practice has achieved initial results.The number of schools and students involved has increased greatly,and the club’s qualifications and professionalism have been recognized by all parties.(3)The third party Clubs involved in the plight of primary school swimming education: First of all,the model of clubs’ involvement in school physical education teaching has not been understood and widely accepted,and parents are concerned about the involvement of third-party clubs in school teaching.Second,the involvement of clubs in primary school swimming teaching involves a large amount of capital,a long return cycle and high daily operation cost,and there is a conflict of interest between their profit-making and the public welfare of school education.Third,schools generally lack the conditions to carry out swimming teaching,curriculum coordination is difficult;Fourth,the implementation of the club teaching system is poor,mainly reflected in the teaching quality is difficult to guarantee,students’ interest cannot be effectively stimulated,the assessment system has not been well implemented;Fifth,the teaching behavior of the coach in the primary school is not allowed by law without the teacher qualification certificate;Sixth,it is often difficult for clubs to carry out the function of moral education.The above difficulties greatly hinder the club to intervene in primary school swimming teaching.(4)The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of countermeasures for Beijing Gong Ken Jian Swimming Club to intervene in the plight of swimming teaching in primary schools: First of all,we should seek the guidance of the government to improve the trust of different groups in the teaching mode of swimming clubs in primary schools,and provide necessary support in thought and action for the development of swimming courses in primary schools.Second,expand the source of funds to ease the pressure of the club,so that the club has the ability to maintain the daily operation;Third,increase the intensity of venue construction and optimize the curriculum arrangement;Fourth,improve teaching efficiency,cultivate students’ interest,implement the assessment system;Fifth,schools employ part-time PE teachers,or implement the teaching mode of coaches + PE teachers to ensure the legitimacy of club coaches in school swimming lessons;Sixthly,the club should carry out the educational idea of cultivating students by virtue in order to seek long-term development. |
