Research objectives:Early childhood is a critical period for individual development, during which the development of basic motor skills is closely related to physical and mental health, which is also conducive to laying the foundation for movement, strengthening athletic ability and cultivating lifelong sports concept. The basic motor skills are mainly divided into three categories: displacement, balance and control, among which the standing long jump belongs to the displacement skills and is also a national physical fitness test item for children in China. At present, researchers have used the whole sequence method and the decomposition sequence method to explain the standing long jump respectively.Based on an introduction to the development of human actions as theoretical support, through the combination of qualitative and quantitative method to describe the kinematics of 3-6 years old children standing long jump movement characteristics, analysis of different stages, different age, different gender children standing long jump movement level difference, according to the results of correlation analysis and theoretical basis, teaching plan formulation, the intervention effect, through the teaching experiment for children's sports curriculum design and implementation of reference,to effectively improve young children standing long jump movement.Research methods:SONY digital camera(HDR-CX689)was used to film the standing long jump movements of 180 children aged 3-6 years in zhangjiawan kindergarten, tongzhou district,Beijing.According to the analysis results,50 students in the intermediate stage were selected as the experimental subjects, and 25 students in the experimental group and control group were selected respectively for the course design and implementation.Through empirical comparative analysis, the effectiveness of the teaching content was discussed.Research results:1.Children's standing long jump action stage is divided into primary stage, intermediate stage and advanced stage by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.2.The elbow Angle, knee Angle and trunk Angle in the preparation stage of the long jump, the knee Angle and trunk Angle in the take-off stage, the knee Angle and trunk Angle in the take-off stage, and the knee Angle and trunk Angle in the landing buffer stage were all significantly correlated with the performance.3.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, both the experimental group and the control group were improved, but the experimental group was better than the control group in promoting joint Angle and testing results.Research conclusions:1.Children's standing long jump has three action stages. The main difference is the range of arm and leg movements and the overall movement fluency.2.With the growth of age, children's standing long jump becomes more mature, among which 3-4 years old are at the preliminary level, and boys' movements are better than girls';At the age of 4-6,some children still lag behind in motor development, which is still at the primary stage, but most of them are at the intermediate stage and advanced stage, and girls are better than boys in motor development, which is relatively rapid for girls at this stage.3.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention in physical education, compared with the control group, the teaching in the experimental group is more able to promote the maturity of relevant perspectives and more effective in promoting children's standing long jump performance and movement development.
