Purpose: Through the four-week follow-up and data collection analysis of obese adolescent closed-weight diet camps,we analyzed the changes of body composition before and after weight loss of obese adolescents,and the effects of exercise and diet on IL-6,TNF-? and anti-inflammatory factor sfrp5 and proinflammatory cytokine tlr4.To explore the causes and mechanisms of the changes in the indicators,we can achieve the purpose of scientific weight loss from the physiological point of view to provide a theoretical basis for weight loss.METHODS: Twelve healthy adolescents aged 12-18 years who participated in the closed-weight diet camp were selected as the experimental group and 13 healthy adults aged 12-18 years were the control group.The levels of height,body weight,body composition,IL-6,TNF-?,sfrp5,tlr4 and other indexes were measured.After 4 weeks of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise combined with diet intervention,adolescents' body shape,and blood IL-6,TNF-?,sfrp5,tlr4 and other indicators of changes can be analyzed.Results:(1)4 weeks after the closed exercise to lose weight,the experimental group of adolescents' weight,fat weight,body fat,body fat percentage,BMI,trunk and left upper limb fat,right upper limb fat,lower limb fat mass were significantly lower than before weight loss(P <0.01).Among them,the average weight of obese group decreased by 10.32%,defecate weight decreased by 4.87%,body fat decreased by 19.96%,body fat percentage decreased by 11.70%,BMI decreased by 10.81%,body weight of upper and lower limbs decreased 19.87%,19.52%,20.00%,20.10%,20.06%(2)4 weeks before the closed exercise before weight loss,the levels of IL-6,TNF-?,CRP,FINS and HOMA-IR in adolescents were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05),and sfrp5 was significantly lower than that of the control group(p <0.05)TLR4 was higher than that in the control group(P> 0.05).(3)4 weeks after the closed exercise after weight loss,there was a significant increase in sfrp5 in the experimental group(p<0.05);a significant decrease in IL-6 and TNF-?(p <0.05);TLR4 had no significant difference,but there was a decreasing trend(P> 0.05).CRP,FINS,HOMA-IR decreased significantly(p <0.05)Conclusion:(1)Weight loss can make obese adolescents body composition has been significantly improved,and the body fat content was significantly reduced,achieving the goal of weight loss and body sculpting.(2)Before the weight loss,obese adolescents had chronic inflammatory status.The levels of IL-6 and TNF-? in the blood were significantly decreased and TLR4 decreased,and the anti-inflammatory factor SFRP5 increased significantly after 4 weeks of exercise,and the expression of IL-6 and TNF-? Weight loss can improve the inflammatory state,which plays a role in promoting human health and enhancing human immunity.(3)4 weeks exercise to lose weight has an important influence on improving insulin resistance as well as regulating glucose metabolism.
