With the development of economy and great change of society, obesity increased rapidly in the world.Obesity has caused diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease and other modern diseases and it has seriously threatened to the health of modern people, obesity has become the first enemy of human health.Young men with obesity is rising most apparently, the nutritional status, height, weight, chest circumference, growth levels of young people continue to grow into a trend, but their the physical constitution such as strength, endurance, agility, flexibility have decreased, overweight and obesity in young people have attracted people's attention.Young people are the pillars of society, their health condition have great impact on society. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to improve their physique and to lose weight.As we all know, exercise is the best way to lose weight and improve physical fitness. But it is different between lose weight and improve physical fitness.Aerobic exercise is the traditional way to lose weight, resistance training are rarely used.but the author through practical experience has proved that : self-designed resistance training combined with aerobic exercise is better than other exercises for young obesity.At present, the study about aerobic exercise, resistance training exercise prescriptions mostly are theoretical research, but less practical utility. So in this paper, it has tested 40 young obesity with different exercise methods under the condition of controlling their diet, and the methods are a simple aerobic exercise prescription, aerobic exercise with resistance training exercise. In order to compare the impact these two exercises in aspect of losing weight and fitness.And try to provide a scientific theoretical basis and the reference of practical application. These tests confirmed that aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise with resistance training exercise are effective in reducing body weight, body fat, and improve their physique.But the simple aerobic exercise has greater influence on the heart and lungs, and aerobic exercise with resistance training is good for weight, body fat, greater impact strength.How to combine the two to achieve the maximum effect, and that needs further in-depth study.
