With the rapid development of social economy and people’s living standard isincreasing day by day,people’s daily eating is irregular and not science.And people’sdiet structure is changing. For example high fat, high sugar food of high quantity ofheat intaked too much and fruits, vegetables, dietary fiber intaked too little.Inaddition, due to the fast pace of modern life and working pressure, many people arebusy working, frequent intercourse, no time to sports, go out to drive the car insteadof walking, energy consumption is smaller and smaller, so it appeared the "rich"obesity. And the incidence of obesity also rises, the proportion of obese people in theworld within the scope of higher and higher.It is well known that obesity can easilylead to many diseases, such as coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, highcholesterol and abnormal glucose levels. According to the world health organizationreport, obesity can highly increase Ⅱ diabetes, gallbladder disease, blood lipiddisorders, diseases such as metabolic syndrome risk, it also can lead to cardiovasculardisease, hypertension, osteoarthritis, high uric acid hematic disease, and so on. Inwomen, young female obesity is becoming higher and higher, seriously affect thehealth and beauty of young women in our country, the obese bloated, by weight, notonly affect beauty, but also cause a decline in motor function, and make the personmove slowly. Obese are generally lower than non-obese individuals in sensitive,stamina, flexibility, coordination and other physical quality,and obesity is easy tocause the symptom such as gout. In addition, certain cancers, abnormal reproductivehormones, polycystic ovary syndrome, falling fertility and birth defects and other.With the rapid development of society, the role of young women in socialdevelopment is more and more important, the health to the development of thesociety is becoming more and more important in our country. Therefore, the youngfemale obesity reasons and young women of the scientific research of the currentobesity, according to their reasons to establish scientific and reasonable way to losefat, improve the physical quality of young women in our country, and for the youngfemale scientific and reasonable reduced fat, improve the quality of the body toprovide theoretical and empirical reference. We all know a lot of method reducingweight now, such as drug law reducing weight, the doctor of traditional Chinesemedicine law reducing weight, fat diet, acupuncture cutem law reducing weight, andso on, but now the world recognized as the best way to lose weight is exercise forweight loss method. Reasonable sports not only can reduce the fat of obese people butalso can improve the body quality of obese people, but most of the other way to loseweight can not do this. In the movement method of reducing weight, most of peoplebelieve that aerobic exercise is the best way to lose weight in the sports law ofreducing weight, Is this really? In this paper, it is with this problem, through theempirical study,we can get that resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise in young women fat reducing effect is more obvious, and the quality is significantlyhigher than the traditional aerobic exercise reduced fat young women. It can providethe empirical basis for the young women reduced fat scientific and rational andimprove physical quality in the future.Select the object of this paper is from Fort Jiaozhou Jinshi summer weight-losscamp fitness club.Fitness test and body through questionnaires and evaluation sampleof40weighing65-85kg, height between161-173cm, with an average age of24years young obese women.The40young obese women were randomly divided intotwo groups, each group of20people, on the premise of fully enclosed and reasonablediet, a set of movement using traditional method reducing weight that aerobics,another group with resistance method combining the practice and aerobic exercise for8weeks of exercise to lose weight. Data recorded before and after the exercise body,carries on the contrast analysis, then draw the conclusion.Through eight weeks totally enclosed exercise to lose weight, we can get thatsimple aerobic and resistance and aerobic exercise combined with reduced fat methodcan effectively reduce the fat young women, to achieve the effect of reducing fat, butboth by comparison, resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise to loseweight method compared with the pure aerobic exercise way to lose weight.weightloss effect is more apparent, the fat content, BMI, waist hip ratio and strength of effectis significantly higher than that of pure fat reducing effect of aerobic exercise. Thisexperimental study confirmed that young women will resistance exercise combinedwith aerobic exercise training more efficient than simple aerobic exercise to loseweight, this is for the young female scientific and reasonable safe reduced fat providesthe theoretical basis and practical reference.
