Project Teaching Method is the basic developing trend of teaching method in the current vocational education field and is also a burning issue and a common practice of teaching method in vocational schools.Secondary vocational schools implement the project teaching method,it can not only help students to grasp professional knowledge comprehensively,but also to cultivate the students' professional skills and professional quality.Based on the front office service and management course as a case study,through the implementation of the project,students can improve the subjective initiative of learning in the mastery of basic knowledge of front office services,at the same time,it can further improve the ability of practical work,they will be the qualified secondary vocational and technical personnel service or management field.This thesis is divided into five parts.Chapter One is the introduction part which first puts forward the starting point and the research significance of the study in this paper,and analyzes the existing research both at home and abroad,clarifying and defining related concepts and then takes the theory of constructivism,the situational learning theory and pragmatism education theory as the guiding ideology to discuss with the use of literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,and case method etc.Chapter Two in the form of questionnaire summarizes teaching present situation of the front office service and management course and analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally it analyzes the suitability of the use of project teaching method in teaching of front office course.Chapter Three puts forward implementation supporting conditions of project teaching method,and highlights the need of cooperation from teachers,the training base of a complete set,suitable teaching programs,efficient way of team cooperation and diversification of assessment.Chapter Four the course is for front office services and managemen,take “team booking ”as an example,give a detailed analysis of "six steps" of project teachingmethodLast chapter puts forward the research conclusion that project teaching method can exert students' creativity,exercise students' practice ability and need to cooperate with the traditional teaching method.
