| In recent years,situational simulation teaching method has attracted a lot of attention,and the research subject range is wide,which has laid a certain theoretical foundation of situational simulation teaching.In terms of the current research field,most scholars mainly focus on how to implement situational simulation teaching in secondary vocational courses,in which the research methods and conclusions are mainly oriented research and teachers’ teaching experience summary.Based on this,how to apply situational simulation teaching method in secondary vocational courses has a certain challenge.This study takes the teaching of "Front Office Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools as an example to conduct in-depth research on the application of situational simulation teaching method in "Front Office Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools.The author used literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and experimental methods to carry out the research.Firstly,literature research method is adopted to sort out,classify and summarize relevant articles of situational simulation teaching at home and abroad,and research is carried out based on constructivism learning theory,action-oriented teaching theory and other theories.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview,the secondary of the curriculum in the front office service and management present situation of the application of situational simulation teaching method to make the investigation,respectively to the secondary vocational tourism services and management of professional teachers and students a questionnaire,and interviews with teachers,analyze the current situation simulation teaching in secondary vocational "front office service and management" course,the application of existing problems and reasons: First,in the preparatory stage,there are insufficient preparation in the early stage of situational simulation teaching,unreasonable allocation of role in situational simulation,and low initiative of students in preparation.Second,in the implementation stage,the application of auxiliary equipment of situational simulation teaching is more traditional,situational simulation teaching is inconsistent with students’ learning situation,the situation created by teachers is divorced from the actual position,and the teaching ability of situational simulation teaching needs to be improved.Thirdly,in the summary stage,the evaluation of situation simulation teaching is relatively single and the teaching reflection content is not comprehensive.The existing problems are attributed to the lack of teachers’ ability to use the auxiliary equipment of situational simulation teaching,the weakness of teachers’ practical experience in enterprises,the low mastery of teachers’ situational simulation teaching method,the low degree of students’ professional awareness,and the school resource conditions to be improved.In view of the existing problems and attribution analysis of the application of "Front Office Service and Management" in the situational simulation teaching method,the optimization design of the situational simulation teaching is carried out,mainly the optimization of the teaching process and teaching evaluation of the situational simulation teaching,and the practical cases of the situational simulation teaching are carried out with the help of modern information technology.From the analysis of students’ academic performance,students’ skills competition and the teaching effect of the survey feedback comparative analysis,the optimization of situational simulation teaching method to test the teaching effect.On the basis of the optimization design of situational simulation teaching,this paper develops specific practical cases of situational simulation teaching,and puts forward suggestions for the wider applicability of situational simulation teaching,such as improving teachers’ ability of situational simulation teaching,enhancing students’ professional cognition,and perfecting the evaluation system of situational simulation teaching.The application research of situational simulation teaching method in the course Of "Front Office Service and Management" has expanded the field of situational simulation teaching and enriched the related research of situational simulation teaching method in the professional field of tourism service and management in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,it also demonstrates the positive role of situational simulation teaching method in the teaching of front Office Service and Management in secondary vocational schools,and provides enlightening suggestions for the application of situational simulation teaching method for teachers of tourism service and management in secondary vocational schools. |
