With the rapid development of economic globalization,the thirst of enterprises for talented personnel is showing a growing trend and the needs of all walks of life for high skilled workers are becoming more and more.Meanwhile,recently the middle vocational education has been undergoing its prosperous time witnessed by the large-scale expanding in school recruitments and the issue of employment quality of graduates has also become increasingly prominent.And this paper takes three middle vocational schools in Qinhuangdao as the object of the study.The study starts with the actuality of the graduate employment and its quality problems to explore problems and reasons on government,enterprise,school,students and their parents.All the policies made by the government remain in paper and are not carried out in practice.For instance,the enterprises can only employ the graduates with the household registration in this city because of the household registration to exclude the other graduate,which strictly limits the choice of area of employment and freedom to some degree;it's difficult for them to obtain equal opportunities in employment.The employers' requirements for graduates' diplomas are rising,and more and more enterprises even take the graduates' diplomas and degrees as the only standard to measure the talents,which put more pressure on the vocational school graduate employment.School factors are the main reasons which blindly pursue "employment rate",and those specialties,courses and training modes can't satisfy social and talent development;the uneven quality of the teachers,whose technical level and theoretical level is not high,in middle vocational schools leads to the results: the graduates have good actual operation ability but their theoretical knowledge is quite deficient,which will decrease the graduate employment.For the students being mature enough either in body or in mind,under the social and domestic pressures are unwilling to accept the fact,who have both the self-respect and superiority sense and self-humiliation and anxiety;who want to have good jobs and lack confidence;who want to compete for the ideal careers and worry about failing;all these factors have great influence on their employment.And their parents do not have a comprehensive plan combined with individualized psychological consult,which also result in their employment options exist blindness.And there being not enough communications among students,parents and the school is another factor leads to the graduates' employment in an awkward situation.All in all,the article analyzes the strong points,weak points,opportunity and threats for the middle vocational school graduate employment,from four aspects,the government,the employers,the colleges and the graduates.Therefore the measures and proposals for graduate employment quality are put forward.The government should government has increased the policy support and financial support to the middle vocational schools,and pay more attention to the vocational education and graduate employment.The enterprises should attach great importance to the reserve and training of talents,to create more informal employment opportunities.The middle vocational schools should construct a school-running patterns compound which accords with the market trend,Curriculum design is the core of the training of talents,scientific and reasonable curriculum system is the key of the realization of the goal of talents' cultivation.The middle vocational school graduates should set up the correct employment idea and focus on elevating their comprehensive quality.And students' parents should take full advantage of the social resources to help them to make a reasonable plan and help them to find suitable jobs.
