At present,more and more attention are paid to the teachers' specialization development worldwide.Teachers need to advance their vocational capability through constant study so as to promote students' study.Meanwhile,the curriculum reform of elementary education in our country is in further progress;therefore,the teachers are supposed to reflect on the teaching theory and their performance all the time.Against such a background,elementary and middle-school teachers' teaching reflective ability servers as an important factor influcing their specialization development.Higher vocational college students majoring mathematical education as future primary math teachers,ought to develop good mathematics teaching reflective ability so that a good foundation can be laid for their future specialization development.The present author,as a mathematics teacher in a higher vocational teaching college,discovers that teachers' college student's reflection on mathematics teaching isn't in an optimistic situation,because the majority of teachers' college students pay little attention to teaching reflection,and the reflection remains a low level.To promote mathematics teaching reflection from higher vocational teachers' college students,the author,first,conducts a theoretical study concerning mathematics teaching reflection,then makes an investigation into the current situation of higher vocational teachers' college students' mathematics teaching reflection,summarizes the weak points existing in the current teaching reflection,and analyzes the causes,on the basic of which the author puts forward the strategy of how to promote higher vocational teachers' college students' mathematics teaching reflection in combination with relevant theoretical research and the author's own teaching experience.Finally,the author preliminarily verifies the validity of the strategy through analyzing some typical mathematics teaching reflection cases of some teachers' college students.Documents analysis method,questionnaire,interview and case analysis are adopted in the study of this thesis,which lays emphasis on elaborating such aspects as follows.1.Theoretical study regarding higher vocational teachers' college students' mathematics teaching reflection.To begin with,bases on related documents concerning teaching reflection this thesis defines two kernel concepts: teachers' college students' teaching reflection and higher vocational teachers' college students.Then this thesis presents a summary of the theoretical basis on which higher vocational teachers' college students carry out mathematics teaching reflection,probes into the contents,level,methods and types involved in the mathematics teaching reflection,and analyzes the current situation of this project study.2.A probe and analysis of higher vocational teachers' college students' mathematics teaching reflection.Adopting questionnaire and interview with students concerned,this thesispresents a comprehensive and in-depth probe into higher vocational teachers' college students' mathematics teaching reflection,and finds out the weaknesses of the current mathematics teaching reflection: low-level awareness of teaching reflection,weak theoretical basis of teaching reflection,simple forms of teaching reflection,great limitations of teaching reflection contents,and low-level teaching reflection.Besides,this thesis makes an analysis of the causes of the above-mentioned weakness in accordance with the investigation results,thus providing realistic basis for formulating corresponding strategy.3.Strategic study aimed at promoting higher vocational teachers' college students' mathematics teaching reflection.In this part,the study is carried out from three aspects.First,principles,on which strategy is formulated,is researched into.Next,the strategy is put forward that is meant to enhance higher vocational teachers' college students' mathematics teaching reflection.At last,the thesis presents an analysis of the strategy effect according to some collected reflection cases.After the internship the author collects some teaching reflection cases,makes an analysis of them,and discovers that,after the strategy is performed,the contents of mathematics teaching reflection are more diversified,and that the reflection level is also heightened to some degree,thus preliminarily verifying the validity of the strategy proposed.
