The Marxist political theory courses are the important components of the Cause ofSocialism with Chinese characteristics. It's playing a positive role in cultivating qualifiedpersonnel and successors for the cause of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of inter-subjectivity, enhancing the effectiveness of ideological andpolitical theory courses needs to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of both teaching andlearning. It should be fully understood that both teacher and student are the subjectrespectively in teaching and learning. Both of two sides should promote and complement foreach other. However, the university is lack of careful research and accurate positioning on theideological and political theory under the traditional teaching mode. The universities don'tpay so much attention to this course as they declared. The Ideological and Political TheoryCourse does not correctly handle the relationship between its ideology and scientific.Students is lack of correct understanding on the ideological and political class, which leads tothe occurrence of passive learning attitude. The difficulties existing in the ideological andpolitical theory course are associated with the lack of inter-subjectivity. It should be correctlydealt with the relationship between the subject and the object if doing research on thestudents'subjectivity in the perspective of inter-subjectivity. Both should be prepared toachieve the aim of inter-subjectivity of the ideological and political theory. On the one hand,teachers consciously guide the student's learning, highlight the basic method of combiningtheory with practice, and optimize teaching contents and teaching process. On the other hand,students try to achieve self-study, for which they should correct learning attitude, develop astrong learning interest, develop good study quality and enhance the learning ofindependence, initiative and creativity.
