With the increasing pressure for employment,employment rate of college graduates is not ideal,our country call for the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation,college students ushered in a rare opportunity for development.In order to improve the quality of Graduate Education and strengthen the employment competitive power for graduates,college starts to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,guide graduate students to learn the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship,enhance the practical ability of entrepreneurship,improve the practical ability of graduate students.Graduate students begin to use spare time to actively participate in various types of part-time work to obtain economic income,improve social practice ability and enhance social capital.Part-time job of graduate students have become a common phenomenon in University Campus,the author also witnessed this phenomenon,part-time job are both pros and cons for graduate students.But for universities,government and social management,it should be properly guided,to avoid graduate students taking part-time blidly and breaking cotract at will,to avoid employers arrear wages and extend employment time,therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study postgraduate part-time management.Since the social capital theory mainly includes three aspects:trust,norm and citizen participation network,this study chooses social capital theory as the theoretical framework,analyzing the necessity and feasibility of part-time management.In order to comprehensively and objectively understand the current situation of part-time management of graduate students from the perspective of social capital theory,first of all,making a clear understanding of part-time of graduate students,understanding imperfect integrity system of graduate students,defective policy system and inadeguate social support.Second,working out graduate students part-time job questionnaires,taking two ways,using stratified random sampling method to extract the questionnaire,distributing electronic questionnaires through SOJUMP,an online questionnaire website.,totally,400 questionnaires,the data were processed by SPSS statistical software.Finally,according to the survey results and interviews,from the perspective of social capital theory,put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the management of graduate students.The research shows that,the part-time of graduate students lack of credibility,part-time management system is imperfect,the social support part-time management is not enough.This paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the management of graduate students from the five aspects,such as graduate students,employers,colleges and universities,government and society.First of all,graduate students enhance the sense of integrity,their ability and the integrity of self-discipline.Secondly,the employer strengthen the spirit of contract and improve the integrity.Thirdly,colleges and universities strengthen supervision and guidance,establishing part-time management institutions and improving student financial assistance system.Fourth,the government improve the system of specification,strengthening the construction of law and standardizing the part-time market for graduate students.Finally,the community strengthen the support of part-time graduate students,creating favorable atmosphere.Through graduate students,employers,colleges,government and society to ensure the management of part-time graduate students to the reasonable and orderly direction.
