In the era of economic globalization,part-time employment has developed comprehensively and rapidly because its flexibility meets the needs of employers and workers.However,behind the development,we should see that at present,China's legal system of part-time employment is not perfect,the protection of the rights of part-time workers is not sufficient,and there are legislative gaps in some problems such as overtime employment,This is not conducive to the development of part-time employment,so we must pay attention to it.By combing the theoretical content of part-time employment and based on the typical cases of part-time employment disputes,this paper reveals the problems of part-time employment in practice.After comparing and analyzing the part-time employment system with some foreign countries,absorbing the advanced experience of relevant countries,combined with the actual situation of our country,and finally put forward suggestions to improve China's part-time employment legal system from the aspects of the conclusion and termination of labor contract,working hours,wages and social insurance,in order to promote the better development of part-time employment in our country.
