The development of the internet has real impact on every trade.-It is also true in education.The way of learning and acquiring knowledge is changing greatly.Teaching environment has experienced several changes,which from the traditional blackboard classroom into a multimedia classroom then to the smart classroom.Therefore,education informatization makes the demands on the professional development and capabilities of teachers.Teachers need improving self constantly,then,they have powers equal to their educational tasks.I found online training are considered as the key methods in the teachers' training and the researches in the environment of smart education is not enough by sorting out and analysis on the current state research of teachers' training which are between China and abroad.And research subjects can be divided into elementary and middle-school teachers and college teachers.Training objects dividing is not clear and the contents of teachers training mainly is technology,too little attention is paid to how unit teach techniques and new disciplines.In response,the main objective of this paper is study on faculty development and research on how to training in capacity of educational technology for primary teachers in the environment of smart education.First of all,summarize the foreign teachers'training development theory and the status of domestic teacher training,and define the smart of environment theory connotation.Secondly,collect and coordinate the data targeted at a primary school named 'D' by interviews and survey.A field survey of the environment and the status of smart teaching was carried out,and combined with interviews and questionnaires for data collection and overall work.Including the field investigation of primary school smart teaching environment construction and use of the status quo.Then combined with interviews and questionnaire survey in-depth understanding of primary school teachers teaching philosophy,smart classroom application ability,training needs and training attitude.Then,the TPACK model is introduced into the blended training of primary school teachers.Based on the conclusion of the survey,the research on the blended training of primary school teachers is carried out.Including training methods and contents,training model design,implementation process.Finally,with the help of expert advice on the rationality of the training contents,training organization and implementation of the effectiveness of validation,in the specific circumstances of the implementation of training,to carry out a variety of evaluation methods to test the feasibility and effectiveness of training.Research indicates that the in-depth impact of information technology on primary education has made a qualitative change in the teaching environment of primary education,and the construction of primary school smart teaching environment,which is represented by smart classrooms,is in full swing.In the smart teaching environment for the blended training of primary school teachers is closer to the teaching practice,and to meet the training needs of first-line primary school teachers.apart from this,targeted training content and method is in line with modern primary school teachers professional development standards;the training model and implementation process is practical and helpful to reform the training mode of primary school teachers,which can effectively improve the quality and level of primary school teacher training.
