The new-round of e-Education puts forward new requirements for teacher quality.Smart Education as the latest development trend of e-Education,is in progress to reform from technological innovation,method innovation and talent.The new learning concepts and style of students requires the new learning environment,new learning environment changes the process and structure of classroom teaching,As a result,teachers' classroom teaching behavior and teaching concepts and methods will be changed.This study mainly adopts the strategy of combining qualitative and quantitative research,such as literature analysis,investigation,applies observation and interviews to collect data and information.To study the following issues:(1)Understand teachers'classroom teaching behavior in the environment of Smart Education and construct the expected teachers' classroom teaching behavior;(2)Observe the actual teachers'classroom behavior in the environment of Smart Education according to the constructed behavior and analyze the existing problems in teachers' classroom teaching behavior at present;(3)Based on the existing problems,analyze the main reasons for the difference between the actual behavior and the expected behavior.(4)Aiming at the problems and reasons,put forward the strategy and suggestions for optimizing teachers' classroom teaching behavior in the environment of Smart Education.This study combines effective teaching behavior and the characteristics of Smart Education environment to construct teacher's classroom teaching behavior.This paper classifies teachers' classroom teaching behavior into presentation behavior,guidance behavior,feedback behavior,evaluation behavior and interactive behavior.And according to behavior performance,compiles the teachers' classroom teaching observation table in the environment of Smart Education.Through the observation of 30 smart classroom teaching videos,it is found that teachers can display teaching contents skillfully and effectively,and guide students to create personalized learning environment.IRS feedback system is used to accurately obtain feedback information and diversify evaluation information.However,there are problems in teachers'behavior,such as the lack of inspiration in the presentation of classroom generative content,the lack of selectivity in the learning resources and content,the lack of contextual feedback,the lack of guidance with students' self-evaluation and peer evaluation and the lack of creativity interaction and so on.The possible reasons are that the teachers' teaching concept and behavior are inconsistent,the path dependence on traditional "habitus",the practical wisdom in teaching "situation" is lacked and the individualized learning guidance is not enough.The suggestions and countermeasures put forward in this study are to promote the transformation of the concept of Smart Education into teaching behavior,to promote teachers' reflection in practice in order to construct a new "habitus",to promote the generation of teachers' practical wisdom in teaching,and to improve teachers' ability to individualized learning.
