Along with the “Internet +” of the wave of information ecological environment of rapid development,education has gradually entered the era of mobile Internet,so that the place of teaching and learning exchanges from the fixed classroom to the multidimensional mobile space.And the cultivation of talents in education also pays more attention to the comprehensiveness and diversity,which requires the improvement of the comprehensive quality of students.The introduction of formative assessment has added new vitality to the teaching and learning in the era of mobile Internet,but it lack of real-time data collection methods and technical support;the research can only stay at the theoretical level.As a real-time interaction and communication platform,the WeChat public platform has the function of real-time tracking and recording data,which provides support for solving this puzzle,and makes the formative evaluation of mobile learning possible.Under this background,the study analyzes the limitations existing in the current teaching evaluation: poor timeliness,lack of evaluation evidence,lack of evaluation method of ill structured problems,and lack of the tools of effective feedback,so these greatly hinder the development of the teaching evaluation,so that the practical application of formative evaluation goes no further and its effect be given a big discount.Accordingly,this study introduced the WeChat public platform in order to use the open source and the secondary development function of platform.And it designs and developments the basic function of platform by these,such as mobile interactive,instant recording,information management and data analysis.Then,the study integrates the function of the platform with the mobile teaching path and the thought of formative evaluation,and constructs the formative evaluation model based on the WeChat public platform.Next,it takes the formative evaluation model as the theoretical framework,designs the functional module,resource module and application module of the evaluation system through the system analysis,and develops the formative evaluation system based on the WeChat public platform.The purpose is to provide convenient teaching media for teaching,collect evidence to achieve the formative assessment for teachers,provide learning and cognitive tool for students,and will be landing in the formative evaluation in teaching activities promoting the development of students and realizing effective teaching through the function of the system.In order to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed system,the system is applied in the course of database principle and practice,and the study takes a lesson as an example to carry on the teaching design in order to display the correct opening way of the system.And at the end of the validation experiment,the study designs questionnaire by the technology acceptance model to investigate and interview the students,and verifies the effectiveness of the system according to the feedback of the students.Finally,summarize the previous research and draw a conclusion:(1)the study constructs formative evaluation model based on WeChat public platform,then it forms a way to solve the problem of learning evaluation,and solves the bottleneck of the lack of evidence;(2)the study designs and develops formative evaluation system with the function of good interaction and immediate evaluation feedback to promote students' depth learning;(3)the formative evaluation system based on WeChat public platform runs through the whole process of teaching and learning,implements effective teaching evaluation,and improves the students' ability.It proves that the system has realized the application value of formative evaluation in teaching and provides a reference for the subsequent research and implementation of formative evaluation.However,there are some deficiencies in the research,the author makes the optimization and redesign of the system,summarizes and reflects according to the feedback of the students.
