With the rapid development of information technology,the current instructional design theory pay too much attention to the design procedure and form category.The explanatory power is not enough for education under the environment of informatization,which caused the instructional design theory lags the change of education phenomenon.the information environment for the educational phenomenon of explanatory power is not enough,resulting in teaching design theory lagging behind the changes in educational phenomena.As information becomes more and more available in today's times,the threshold for getting information is getting lower and lower,and the ability to understand information is becoming increasingly prominent.In the informatization environment,the pursuit of knowledge and extraction of knowledge has been unable to meet the needs of personal development and social progress.Teaching in information society is to help students understand the nature of knowledge,the process of knowledge generation,the relationship between knowledge and human practice,and the meaning of knowledge to people.This paper elaborates instructional design framework for understanding in informatization environment through the logical approach of "Idea-Framework-Model".The part of "Idea" discusses key words one by one,including the informatization environment,informatizational instructional design and the characteristics of understanding.instructional design framework for understanding in informatization environment is the systematic method consists of the choice of instructional content,adaptive strategies,instructional event arrangement and instructional evaluation.During the implementation process of instructional design,the potential which informatization environment promote the optimization of the learning process should be fully considered.The part of "Framework" elaborates the theoretical basis of instructional design framework for understanding.The theoretical basis of instructional design framework for understanding provides special focus and discourse system.Then the paper summarizes the research on the instructional framework related to promoting understanding and the elements of instructional design.Finally,this paper puts forward the framework of instructional design framework for understanding including the core layer,the understanding standard layer and the instructional implementation layer.The part of "Model" involves the methods,techniques,tools and the typical application design of instructional design framework for understanding in informatization environment.First step is to set understanding goals based on the analyses of learners' prior knowledge.The second step is to consider the use of instructional scaffold,information technology to promote understanding.Last but not least,ongoing assessment should be carried out to evaluate the states of learners' understanding.The instructional design framework for understanding can be applied to different situation.For example,it can guide the design of network courses,classroom instructional development and can also be integrated to new instructional form such as flipped classroom and so on.All in all,the influence of the informationization environment,the connotation and the educational demand of understanding and the expansion of instructional design form are the three branches of this research."Idea-Framework-Model" is the logical structure of the content organization of the paper.The part of "Idea" is the core of instructional design framework for understanding which is relatively stable and invariant.The part of "Framework" describes the collection of effective elements of design and the part of "Model" is the extension of the whole instructional design framework,which cannot be separated from the specific situation of teaching,and constantly changes with the development of technology.This article attempts to highlight the connotation and features of instructional design framework for understanding in details through this organization mode.We hope to provide reference for subsequent research fellow.
