More and more researchers pay attention to the study of teachers 'professional life at present,the narrative study has began to be paid attention to in the field of educational theory in China.What kindergarten teachers' professional life appear,and how they can construct their own professional life,and so on,is seldom studied at present.The study knows about an excellent kindergarten teacher's professional life by narrative study,and summarizes the characteristics of the teacher's professional life,and analyzes the problems existing in the teacher's professional life,the influencing factors,and then puts forward some suggestion,which is of theoretical value and practical significance to promote kindergarten teachers' professional development.The paper knows about the real life of an excellent kindergarten teacher by narrative study,with five weeks' field observation,and a few random interviews and two semi-structured deep interviews.Through a deep description of key things of Teacher S in morning activities,regional activities,collective teaching activities,outdoor activities,festival activities and research activities in the kindergarten,the paper obtains the overall impression of Teacher S's professional life and characteristics of her professional life in six aspects of activities.It is concluded that the characteristics of Teacher S's professional life are that she carries out flexible teaching according to the characteristics of children,and she creates the environment helpful to the development of children,and she teaches children in accordance with their characteristics,and uses a variety of educational methods;and she pays attention to the cultivation of children's awareness of the rules and the emotional education for young children,and she has strong teaching action force;and she changes materials in regional activity slowly.Through observating Teacher S's professional life,the paper finds out the problems in Teacher S's professional life.She is busy with trivial matters,and can not devote herself to the activities in the kindergarten;Faced with repeated and passive teaching,she can not mobilize the enthusiasm for work;Excessive emphasis on rules will influence the development of children's personality.Teacher S's professional life is affected by many factors:there are social prejudice for kindergarten teachers in society;the work environment affects Teacher S's professional life in the kindergarten;In the family,the parents' education ideas has an impact on the teacher's career choice,growth experience affects the formation of her personality;In view of the teacher herself,Teacher S has a sense of responsibility,and has the personality traits of diligence and earnest,optimistism,positive personality,and has good interpersonal communication quality.According to problems and influencing factors of Teacher S's professional life,the study puts forward some suggestions to improve Teacher S's professional life from three aspects of society,kindergarten and the teacher herself: the kindergarten teacher should get support from society;the kindergarten should give the kindergarten teacher the humanistic care,and provide the kindergarten teacher more learning and development opportunities;the teacher herself should learn to care for herself,and enhance the sense of self-management,and constantly improve professional quality,and then maintain the professional feeling.
