At present,the reform orientation of preschool education in my country has changed from fairness and inclusiveness to high quality and balance.The high-quality preschool education is inseparable from high-quality kindergarten teachers.In the face of the urgent demand for high-quality teachers in society,the Ministry of Education once issued "Opinions on the Implementation of the Excellent Teacher Training Program" and "Opinions on the Implementation of the Excellent Teacher Training Program 2.0" in 2014 and 2018,which put forward a series of requirements on how to cultivate excellent teachers,and the pursuit of excellence has become the new trend of teacher’s profession.The research on the professional development of excellent kindergarten teachers has also become a valuable and meaningful research topic.Therefore,this research takes three excellent kindergarten teachers in the Inner Mongolia as the research object,and starts from the narrative research path on the basis of the qualitative research.This study used the methods of interview,observation and object analysis to collect data and summarize their professional growth process.This study connects their experiences through a series of narrative stories to show the real confusion and psychological state of excellent kindergarten teachers in the process of professional growth.This study also analyzes the relevant factors that affect the professional growth of the three teachers.After integrating and analyzing the professional growth experiences of the three outstanding kindergarten teachers,the study found that the relevant factors affecting the professional growth of the three outstanding kindergarten teachers can be summarized as personal internal factors and external factors.Among them,the internal factors mainly focus on the personality traits,growth willingness,reflection consciousness and personal ability of teachers.The external factors are reflected in the influence of several teachers on national policies,public opinion,kindergarten management,family influence,key figures and events.On this basis,this study attempts to rely on Bronfenbrenner’s theory of environmental ecology,from three perspectives: macro,meso and micro,to put forward some thoughts on how to promote the professional growth of kindergarten teachers to the development of excellence:At the macro level,we should improve the kindergarten teacher training support system,enhance the social status of kindergarten teachers,create a social atmosphere and environment that can improve kindergarten teachers’ professional identity;At the medium level,we should pay attention to the reform and perfection of the training system of normal school students,create a positive atmosphere in the campus,and establish a humanistic management model;At the micro level,we should encourage teachers to set up self-growth awareness,pay attention to the positive interaction with the surrounding groups,pay attention to the learning opportunities provided by the garden,face up to the difficulties,and pay attention to reflection.It is hoped that it can provide some inspiration for the cultivation of excellent kindergarten teachers and the self-growth of kindergarten teachers with excellent potential.
