| This study adopts a qualitative research approach and narrative research expression,focusing on the completion and occurrence process of the professional growth of an excellent kindergarten head teacher.That is,based on the research object Y,excellent kindergarten head teacher A,as a reference,it explores the realization and development process of their growth from ordinary head teacher to excellent head teacher in the past period of time,That is,the completion method and occurrence process of their professional growth.In this study,Teacher A,the excellent head teacher of Y Kindergarten,selected and adopted the completion method or realization path of "professional learning" during the occurrence or development process of their professional growth.Therefore,the most important innovation of this study is to first select and determine the excellent head teacher of kindergarten as the research object;Secondly,when exploring and analyzing the completion or realization methods of their professional growth,they avoid the common "professional development" and consider the role of "professional learning".Therefore,this study first explores and sorts out the beginning of their entry into the preschool field and engagement in the preschool education industry driven by idealism and interests.This is the prelude to their professional growth,and it is also an opportunity for them to engage in professional learning,the foundation for their professional growth,and the cornerstone for their professional learning;Secondly,it explores and summarizes the practical structure and accumulation of professional learning during the occurrence or development of professional growth;Finally,it explores and analyzes the influencing factors and mechanisms of their professional learning,and summarizes and considers the experience and inspiration of their professional growth.Therefore,the main practical significance of this study is to provide empirical assistance and enlightening guidance to new kindergarten teachers and new main class teachers who want to pursue progress and grow into excellent main class teachers in the process of practical exploration and professional learning in realistic educational and specific teaching practice scenarios.In the research process,this study first uses a historical compilation style structure to divide and sort out the occurrence or development process of Teacher A’s "professional learning" completion or achievement of professional growth,with "prequels of professional growth","authentic biographies of professional growth",and "search for causes and mechanisms of professional growth" as the timeline;Secondly,drawing on the changing forms of plant growth,the order and state of Teacher A’s "professional learning" at each stage of professional growth are refined and depicted,with "seed","sowing","rooting","germination","growth",and "flowering" as the logical lines.Finally,through an interpretive understanding of the narrative content,this study has been able to summarize a series of experiences with scientific reference significance and effective reference value,such as: professional development and professional learning cannot be neglected,theoretical knowledge and practical summary cannot be absent,internal motivation and external circumstances organically connect,and it is not advisable to rush for quick success and instant benefit at a moment’s whim.At the same time,there are still some shortcomings in this study that need to be continuously followed up and pondered.One of them is the exploration and analysis of the functional mechanism of professional learning for excellent kindergarten teachers in the main class.Currently,the exploration and analysis in the academic community are mostly at a preliminary stage and in a fragmented state,making the exploration and analysis by researchers even more naive and superficial,To this end,researchers need to continuously follow up on the latest developments in academic research,as well as continue to conduct in-depth thinking and long-term research. |
