In the case of social and economic diversification,the society puts forward higher and higher demands on talents,and has rich cultural knowledge and can have the social responsibility to bear the important task.Nowadays,colleges and universities are mainly the "95 after" college students as the main body,they as the future strength of China's social development,is the most innovative and creative groups,is to accelerate the socialist modernization drive,realize the dream of China's dream."95 after" the strong sense of social responsibility of college students reflects the strength of a country's future competitive strength,directly related to the whole nation and the future development of the country."95 after" college students as a new generation,they themselves have different characteristics with other people,their dominant ideology is positive,healthy and good.This paper puts forward the connotation of social responsibility of college students by arranging and studying the important research results at home and abroad,and investigates the social responsibility of the new generation of "95 postgraduates" based on the questionnaire method,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of college students' social responsibility.The main contents and results are as follows: Summarize the connotation of social responsibility of college students by summarizing the important research results at home and abroad,combining Marxist theory of the relationship between individual and society,Marxist theory of freedom and responsibility.In this paper,the sense of responsibility refers to the individual in the life practice activities formed in the relationship between man and society and the natural relationship between the formation of a choice of behavior and value evaluation,can reflect the individual's psychological and personality quality,cognitive,emotional the organic unity of behavior.This paper designs the questionnaire of social responsibility of college students from three aspects: social responsibility cognition,social responsibility emotion and social responsibility behavior,and conducts social responsibility survey of "95 postgraduates" college students in four colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia.The results show that the overall score of social responsibility of post-95 students is 2.19,which is positive and healthy,but its social responsibility cognition and responsible behavior Performance is lacking,and social responsibility performance did not reach a unified.The analysis shows that the social environment,school management teaching environment,family education,as the main influencing factors.In order to enrich the deepening of the social responsibility education,the author strengthens the training of college students' social responsibility in 95 colleges and universities,emphasizes the family education,creates a good family environment and strengthens the "95 post-university students" from the role of the socialist core values system,The paper puts forward some countermeasures to cultivate the new generation of college students' sense of responsibility,and provides some theoretical and practical basis for improving the social responsibility of modern college students.
