Research On The Design And Production About Microlecture Of History Master Graduates

Microlecture is a popular trend in the field of education in recent years,it is with the development of information education. Driven by the modern information technology revolution, Microlecture will become a direction of education and teaching reform, and open a new chapter for students to change the way of learning. The microlecture is a 5 to 10-minute online teaching video that focuses on the teaching focus, difficulty, doubt and test center of the subject knowledge to clarify a certain knowledge point or a problem.microlecture is characterized by short time, less content, clear leaxrning objectives;It can present a variety of rich resources,that with integrity, independence, sharing and interaction. The Microlecture achieves the possibility that learners can learn at any time and in any place, so that the students' learning styles are transformed from traditional acceptance to independent, individualized learning.At present, the national microlecture website organize a national microlecture competition activities evey year, many primary schools ,middle schools and high schools are also organizing microlecture resources construction activities.The disciplines of microlecture design and production of the activities are organized in full swing, but for the research on design and production about microlecture of a discipline are less, and the theory lags behind the practice. The design and production of historical microlecture is the center of historical Microlecture practice, but the study of historical microlecture design and production theory lags behind the development of practical activities, and theoretical research provides guidance for the development of practical activities. So research is of great significance. The author takes the history master graduates as the research object, studies the current situation of the design and production of the microlecture, finds the problem, finds out the reason of the problem, and puts forward some suggestions on improving the design and production ability of the history master graduates. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the significance of the microlecture theory and the history master grduates in the design and production of the microlecture; The second part, through the questionnaire survey and the microlectures ,the author analyzes the status quo of history master graduates microlecture about design and production ; The third part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the history master graduates of microlecture about the design and production, and the fourth part ,from the microcosmic level of the individual, the teacher and the school,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the microlecture about design and production ability of history master graduates.
