| The strengthness of a country depend on its youth ,adolescent physical health problem is always the focus of the party and countries, Students’ physical health testing standard of 1954 ("labor health system") into China, and began to implement,since the reform and opening up, the cause of our country went to the new development stage, the recovery of the university entrance exam make our education system to test ,with the deepening of education system,our country student of the quality-oriented education became more and more weaker,At this stage the students’ physical health problems were increasing,The students’ physique is declining.To efficiently improve students of the physical health level,Countries introduced a physical test standard(here in after referred to as the "standard")to instruct student to do physical training,and the country began a five year survey, a small annual strategic decisions.From the point of view of the standard of physical fitness test, the analysis of its evolution process will provide a useful reference for the improvement of students’ physical health in china.In this paper, the use of historical analysis, literature, comparative analysis and other research methods, since the reform and opening up the development of China’s student physical test standards for research. First of all, the "standard" since the reform and opening up were analyzed ,and the test standard of Physique in Chinese historical evolution stages by name were divided, namely "national physical training" period,"student physical training standards" period, the "national students health standard" three stages, and the evolution of various content stage of the "standard" were divided into: the change of name, test content, test results of changes and corresponding to the introduction of the policy of four parts. Secondly, the standard of the evolution of the content of the overall analysis, with time as the axis of the evolution of the content of the longitudinal comparison found that the standard of the various elements of evolution in the evolution had their own characteristics and shortcomings.Again, the factors affecting the evolution of the "standard" is divided into four aspects of social politics, economy and education, students’ physical health status, and has carried on the concrete analysis;finally,in-depth national sports ideological cognition,physical testing, the implementation of relevant policies and implementation of the "standard" the rationality of four layers in the face of the "standard" implementation of the influence factors are analyzed.Through the reform and opening up the study of the "standard" the evolution were made the final conclusion: the firstly, the "standard" has attracted national attention, the various departments issued corresponding policy support; secondly, the evolution of the standard keeps pace with the times, optimizing the school sports teaching environment;thirdly, the "standard" evolution and implementation of the situation is not consistent;fourth, the "standard" evolution is restricted by social politics and economy, and the development of students’ physical education. |
