One of the effective ways of team cooperative learning as a new curriculum advocate, because of its advantages to enable students to form a good interpersonal relationship, and promote the healthy development of students' personality advantages,has been the majority of teachers and students. It is not only the form is different from the traditional education, but also challenges the traditional teaching system of autocratic,imprisons the mind, in the classroom give students thinking, questioning, cooperation and exploration opportunities. It is cultivate students' team cooperation and competition consciousness, the development of the ability of communication and argue and to strengthen the cooperative learning and personal responsibility cognition.Cooperative inquiry teaching is is a great challenge to the teachers, because the teaching ability of cooperative learning teaching design and implementation not only requires a high level of teaching art and teaching activities, teachers also need to carefully design and arrangement of group cooperative learning. To ensure that cooperative learning can achieve the desired results, to solve the above problems, the educators should pay more attentions to the aspects of how to construct a complete theoretical system and scientific team cooperative learning efforts, domestic and foreign scholars from all walks of life made a lot of research, but so far for the effectiveness of cooperative learning are not a no unified evaluation method, reasonable evaluation mechanism, feedback and summary no science, will be difficult to improve the effectiveness of cooperation in groups, so it has become the focus of common research.Chemistry is a subject based on experiments, is the best position of group cooperative learning implementation of teaching activities, the school in the rural areas,because of its special environment, such as teachers, students, finance, government support, social concern and other factors, the effectiveness of team learning activities has been relatively low, how to comprehensive analysis of these factors and find out the corresponding solution strategy is directly related to the new curriculum reform in rural areas. How to improve teachers' understanding of the advanced concept of group cooperative learning? How to standardize the process of cooperation and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism of scientific and reasonable grouping? How to train students reasonably and improve their cooperation consciousness and quality? This is the problem to be solved.Therefore, This article started from the research background, to clarify the purpose and significance of the study of this paper, points out the importance of cooperative learning effectiveness evaluation scale; each index using the method of literature put forward a preliminary standard, after sample preliminary testing and consulting experts opinions, chemistry test,group of colleagues the use of SPSS 19.0 software testing,adjust and modify, finally obtained the "middle school chemistry inquiry teaching cooperative learning effectiveness evaluation scale",and as a main tool for future research work; in software using one-way and get a series of data, according to the results of data comparison, found that chemical group cooperation in rural middle school learning problems, combined with their own ideas, using literature method, interview method,evaluation scale and analysis of teachers and students from the reasons behind these data deep; we set the director, to fully mobilize all available resources, careful research,finally to improve the rural middle school chemistry group cooperation proposed and suggestions for their learning effectiveness.
