Universitization , totalization and integration have been the main development trend of international teacher education since the 1960s. After entering the 21st century,our country's teacher education system and pattern gradually came into line with the internation's. As the important input resource of education enterprise, teacher education is the key factor to improve our country's education quality completely.However,as the core human resource of our country's teacher education, the troop of our country's teacher educators have different development status,among them the disciplinary pedagogic teachers would be regarded as the most representative.Although, at present,the teacher education situation is excellent,because of some history and factual problems,the disciplinary pedagogic teachers are suffering a lot at their vocational development.Now they are administered by one of four different kinds of management attribution:the Science of Education College,the Teacher Education College,the liberal arts colleges or the science colleges, a combination administration.For the dual identities of higher education teacher and the teacher educator,at the present administration environment of higher normal colleges or universities which are always academic research oriented,the disciplinary pedagogic teachers are living in such a vocational life where they are facing the same teaching,research and performance evaluation with the disciplinary teachers but they have so many factual vocation differences.The disciplinary pedagogic teachers are dealing with a lot of vocational risks:unaccommodated evaluation indexes and system,a lower academic status,a vague professional identity,poor sense of belonging,difficulties of title assessment and so on.On the basis of all description and analysis above,this research is for the management model of disciplinary pedagogic teachers,who can be regarded as the core troop of teacher educators in higher normal colleges and universities.By theory analysis and survey research,this paper made a questionnaire including the basic information of disciplinary pedagogic teachers,the management preference scale questionnaire which includes five small scales :post setting, troop recruitment,profession support,performance evaluation and title improvement,the work satisfaction questionnaire which is the imitation of Minnesota's 20 items.This research used the statistics tool of Factor Analysis and Compare Means of SPSS 17.0.Finally constructed a management model including 3 dimensions of organization,support and evaluation,every dimension has 3 management factors,the first group:clarify vocation responsibilities, confirming the administration attribution,the troop recruitment,the second:teaching, research and communicating support,the third:content ,effectiveness and process evaluation.In the end,made some suggestions of management model's implementation from the aspect of government, normal colleges and universities ,disciplinary pedagogic teachers.
