In the practice of education and teaching,educational punishment is an indispensable way for teachers.It is necessary for kindergarten teachers to implement education and punishment for children's anomie behavior.They need to help children understand,understand and correct their mistakes and standardize their own behavior.At present,educational punishment has become an important field concerned by the educational and legal circles,but there are few studies related to the field of preschool education,and the relevant legislation on the educational punishment right of kindergarten teachers is also very lacking.China's kindergarten teachers are facing the dual dilemma of punishing "misconduct" and punishing "Inaction".Therefore,the educational punishment of kindergarten teachers needs to be paid attention to and standardized.This study analyzes and explains the concept of kindergarten teachers' educational punishment through the method of literature.Through the analysis of the basic concepts of educational punishment and the dismantling of the elements,this study believes that punishment,corporal punishment,disguised corporal punishment and educational punishment are essentially different,and they should be distinguished in concept;The concept of kindergarten teachers' educational punishment mainly involves five core elements:educational punishment subject,educational punishment object,educational punishment measures,educational punishment purpose and educational punishment nature,so as to analyze,discuss and put forward the core concepts in this study.In this study,kindergarten teachers and children in three age classes in a public kindergarten in S are selected as the objects of this observation and research.The educational punishment of kindergarten teachers is divided according to five dimensions(educational punishment object,educational punishment opportunity,educational punishment occurrence situation,educational punishment method and educational punishment theme).Through the methods of observation and interview,the characteristics of educational punishment of kindergarten teachers are summarized and analyzed respectively,On the basis of discussing the educational punishment of kindergarten teachers,this paper puts forward more targeted suggestions.The characteristics of kindergarten teachers' educational punishment are mainly as follows: the objects of kindergarten teachers' educational punishment mainly focus on individual children,the timing of implementing educational punishment emphasizes timeliness,educational punishment mainly occurs in the context of teaching activities,educational punishment methods more use reputation punishment,and the theme of educational punishment is mainly reflected in learning habits.At the same time,the study found that kindergarten teachers were "afraid to punish" in the process of implementing education and punishment,and were afraid of hands and feet;Limited to dealing with the "symptoms" of punishment rather than explaining the causes of behavior;It is easy to ignore the individual characteristics of children and fail to take into account the differences of children;Paying too much attention to the timeliness and effectiveness of education and punishment is difficult to help children understand mistakes;The way of education and punishment is slightly single,and the effect of education is not good.Therefore,the researcher suggests that kindergarten teachers should uphold the concept of educational discipline and strive for the understanding and support of parents when implementing educational discipline;Use reflective listening to find out the causes of anomie behavior;Achieve "punishment for people" and fit the differences of individual development;Give children introspection time and help them internalize norms;Improve the appropriateness of punishment methods and give better play to the educational value of punishment.
