In 2010,the outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)required to improve and strictly implement the system of teachers' access,and strictly control the entrance of teachers.Under the background of the implementation of the national unified teacher qualification examination system in our country from 2015,many scholars mainly focus on the professional development of the pre vocational normal school students and the post vocational teachers.However,the current teacher qualification certificate system in China is not quite perfect,so the research results on normal students are relatively few.This paper selects 12 normal students from Grade 2015 in Shanxi Normal University as research subjects.The purpose of this study is to explore the test target level of the examination subjects of teacher qualification certificate(comprehensive quality,educational knowledge and ability,knowledge and ability of subject teaching),how normal students meet the examination of teacher qualification certificate(degree of cognition and influence),how normal students prepare for examination of teacher qualification Certificate(input degree and preparation test),as well as the harvest of normal students after the examination of teachers' qualification certificate.It can further improve students' personal accomplishment and professional ability and skills,and then provide references for the reform of teacher qualification examination.The design idea of this study is to consult relevant documents about the examination of teachers' qualification by using the literature research and to establish the attitude of the normal students in this study in the face of each stage of the examination of the teacher's qualification certificate.And then using Bloom's educational target taxonomy(including memory,understanding,application,analysis,evaluation and creation)to test the level of examination objectives of teacher qualification certificate.Then the questionnaire was compiled with the questionnaire survey method.The questionnaire of the "the effects of teacher qualification examination on normal college students" was obtained with the reliability of 0.947 and the reliability and the validity of the expert evaluation are good.Then the questionnaire was issued and collected from the 1000 teachers of the12 majors in Grade 2015 of Shanxi Normal University.Through the collation of the recovery data,the software of SPSS17.0 is used to analyze the degree of knowledge,the degree of input,the degree of influence,the degree of harvest,the way of learning and the test of the examination subjects on teacher qualification examinations.The following points can be obtained:(1)Among the three subjects of "comprehensive quality","educational knowledge and ability","subject teaching knowledge and ability",the average value of the memory target level is 4.23,4.40 and 4.14,and the average level of understanding target is 4.10,4.10,4.28.These two levels have the highest score.There are significant differences(P=0.01<0.05)in the level of educational knowledge and ability in the gender difference test,in which girls' score are higher than boys'.Also,there are significant differences(P=0.03<0.05)in the level of memory goals in subject knowledge and ability,and the score of male students is higher than that of girls.There are significant differences in the level of memory and understanding of the "comprehensive quality" in the test of professional differences,respectively,the arts is greater than the science,and the science is equal to the art &sports.And the arts is greater than the art & sports,and the art & sports is greater than the science.There are significant differences in the level of memory,understanding and application of educational knowledge and ability,both the arts is greater than the art & sports,and the art & sports is greater than the science.Significant differences exist in the target level of memory of subject knowledge and ability(P=0.000<0.01).The liberal arts is greater than the art & sports,and the art& sports is equal to the science.(2)There are two parts in the teachers qualification certificate including the degree of cognition and the degree of influence.In the degree of cognition,there is a difference in the knowledge of different specialties.The art & sports is greater than the liberal arts,and the liberal arts is equal to the science.There is a significant difference about whether the students are more concerned about the content of the examination between the two sexes.(P=0.021<0.05)in which boys' score are higher than girls'.(3)There are two parts in the process of preparing teachers qualification examination,including input and learning.There are significant differences in the investment of students among different majors(P=0.03<0.05),in which the art & sports is greater than the arts,the art is greater than the science.And in the learning style,there are significant differences in autonomous learning among different majors(P=0.000<0.01),in which the arts is greater than the art & sports,and the art & sports is greater than the science.(4)In the harvest of teachers qualification examination,there are significant differences in the significance of professional ability among the different specialties(P=0.014<0.05).The science isgreater than the arts,the arts is greater than the art & sports.Through the analysis of the above data,the research shows that:(1)Normal school students think that the test target of the teacher qualification examination is only focused on the memory and understanding of the target level in primary cognition.(2)For different majors,most of the students of art normal students think that they do not need to take the examination of teacher qualification certificate.For different sex,in order to pass the teacher qualification examination,the boys are more diligent in learning the theory of education and the exam skills.(3)Most liberal arts students are willing to invest more time and money to study independently in order to pass the teacher certification test.(4)In the harvest of the teacher certification examination,the science students all realize that their own deficiencies in the course of the theory of learning.It has played a certain role in promoting the development of the individual.But this examination is not very helpful for their professional development and the development of teachers' specialization in the future.To sum up,the teacher qualification examinations can effectively judge whether a teacher is a qualified teacher,which worth thinking about.Teachers' qualification examinations can promote knowledge reserve for boys and the art students.Also,it can make the students to recognize their own deficiencies.But the girls and liberal arts students will spend a lot of time and effort for self-study.It will make them feel anxious at the same time.
