In March 30, 2014, the Ministry of Education issued "on the implementation of the curriculum reform to deepen the fundamental task ",put forward to develop students to develop core literacy system,Geography core literacy has become the appeal of geography education teaching in the new period.The current research on the core competence of the academic community has been fruitful, however , there are few studies on the core elements of the geographic core literacy-regional cognition .Therefore,it is of profound significance to further study the connotation and cultivation of regional cognitive literacy.Based on the background of the development of education in China, the development of the subject and the development needs of the students, combined with the analysis of the current situation of regional cognition at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the theoretical and practical value of the research.Under the support of the theory, this paper puts forward the theoretical framework of regional cognitive literacy by using literature research, classroom observation and expert consultation methods, and explores the current situation of regional geography teaching in high school. It tries to put forward the suggestions of teaching optimization based on regional cognitive literacy culture.The main conclusions of this paper include: first, define the concept of "regional cognitive literacy",divide its constituent elements; second, put forward the "regional cognitive literacy" training basic principles and strategies;thirdly, a high school geographic area cognitive quality assessment scale system was constructed;fourthly, the main problems existing in the current high school geography cognitive cultivation and their optimization suggestions are put forward.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part: the introduction part, discusses the background of the topic, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and research characteristics and innovation.The second part: the connotation of regional cognitive accomplishment and the theoretical basis.Defines the concept of regional cognitive literacy,put forward its constituent elements.Including regional knowledge (knowledge), regional cognitive methods, regional cognitive ability, regional concept. And discusses the theoretical basis of regional cognitive literacy training.The third part: Analyzes the state of teaching of regional cognitive literacy.This paper puts forward four principles of regional cognitive literacy training: for all,subjectivity, step by step, stage and continuity. At the same time, it discusses the cultivation strategy of regional cognitive accomplishment from four aspects: the strategy of understanding the region, the strategy of developing regional geography comprehensive thinking, the strategy of strengthening regional geography practice and the strategy of cultivating regional human landscape.The fourth part: Construction of regional geography classroom observation scale.This paper puts forward the principles and basis of scale construction, and then develops the classroom observation and diagnosis scale system based on regional cognitive literacy, including the construction of classroom diagnostic indicators and the level of classroom teaching level.The fifth part: Exploring the Realistic State of the Teaching of Regional Cognitive Literacy.In this paper, 9 cases of regional sustainable development were selected as examples. A total of nine lesson plans were selected. The current situation of regional geography teaching in high school was diagnosed by using the classroom observation scale system constructed in Chapter 4 to reveal the existing problems of regional cognitive literacy training.The sixth part: Optimization of Regional Geography Teaching.According to the status quo of regional geography teaching in high school and the problems existing in the cultivation of regional cognitive literacy,this paper puts forward the concrete optimization suggestions of regional geography teaching.The seventh part: Conclusion. Summarizes the basic conclusions of this study,analyzes the shortcomings of the study, and prospects for the study.
