Because of the typical characteristics of skilled personnel output,higher vocational and technical education has played an increasingly important role in the course of education supply side reform and satisfying the needs of economic and social development of various types of talents in China.Due to the development of economy,the integration of culture,the progress of society and the change of individual ideas,the private colleges and universities have experienced the brilliant period of growth and have entered the bottleneck stage of maturity.The problem of brain drain has become more and more serious,and presents the characteristics of youth,reverse,and so on,which seriously hinders the transformation and upgrading of the development of private colleges and universities.The sharing economy is the most characteristic,the most effective,the most valuable business model and cultural positioning mode,of the "Internet +" era.sharing economy is the essence of shared resources and common development.Share the income sharing,benefit sharing,resource sharing and living space sharing in the economic model,provide the feasible research perspective and theoretical basis.It is an important measure to solve the problem of the loss of talents in private colleges and Universities Based on the needs of the development of young teachers from the sharing of resources,the sharing of interests and the development of the platform.Based on the DK of brain drain and talents demand of market research and in-depth interviews,impact on the development of the college characteristics and talent that loss of talent loss,it's all about whether or not they share,and then analyze the reasons for the brain drain from the DK School of social system,college internal and individual three aspects,and then based on the theory of sharing economy,and puts forward some countermeasures to deal with talent DK loss includes: build contacts sharing platform to promote talent diversification;build campaign sharing platform,promoting education for selection;sharing platform,promoting to index;build learning sharing platform to promote the sharing of construction management education;sharing platform,promoting assessment simplified;benefit sharing platform construction,promote reasonable compensation.Finally,puts forward the corresponding measures to promote the teachers: three pronged,orderly;to promote the stability of the teachers in three,six;together,promoting teachers connotation;six built in six to promote,promote the sharing of teachers.A case study has the common features,it is expected that this research can provide reference for talent management in private universities of the same nature,breakthrough the bottlenecks in the development result of loss of personnel,to achieve shared by resource sharing to the platform,shared by the platform to share the fruits of development,and ultimately by the virtuous cycle of the fruits of development to keep people.At the same time,in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of private education,and boost the development potential of private colleges and universities,provide some reference.
