In recent years,researchers in language education have paid more attention to the status quo of high school composition teaching,demanding attention to teaching practice,close to teaching situation,finding problems in practical investigation activities,analyzing problems and solving problems.This paper chooses the fifteenth middle school in Yueyang city of Hunan province as the research case,carries on the investigation to the school sophomore writing teaching practice,separately analyzes from the student writing process and the teacher composition teaching process,reflects the school sophomore writing teaching present situation,And on this basis,analyze the reasons,put forward targeted improvement methods and recommendations.Through the survey found that students writing motivation and writing interest is not effectively translated into the actual composition level.As the life experience of monotonous and extracurricular reading and writing of the heavy restrictions on the students writing a serious lack of material,greatly affected their writing.At the same time,students are not subject to the composition of the training system,in a disorderly state.On the other hand,the teacher for the composition of teaching there is slack psychology,composition teaching plan design is not rigorous,their own reserves,the traditional composition of teaching methods are no longer able to meet the needs of students.In order to get rid of the current difficulties of writing teaching,we must first help teachers to establish a positive attitude,and secondly to give students full extracurricular accumulation of space,once again to develop scientific system teaching plan,and finally should optimize the composition of multiple evaluation system.
