High vocational education as an important part of modern high education system,it plays an increasingly prominent role in the whole education system.Teachers are the key factors of directly affecting education quality,the features of higher working cost than other industries,because of its working capital investment than other industries,strong achievement demand sense,the particularity of the labor itself,the long realizing period of labor value achievement and so on of teachers make the management of universities and colleges to teachers differs from the employee management of general enterprises.The management of universities and colleges to teachers has large challenge and complexity.How to arouse the working enthusiasm of teachers through the performance evaluation and sort management,and promote the steady improving of school-running level promoting the steady improvement of school-running level is an important work of vocational colleges or even all of the universities and colleges at present.In this paper,the integrated use of literature and case study of quantitative analysis and the method of experience.This paper is based on relevant theory of performance appraisal,classification management and incentive mechanism,and through analyzing the current performance evaluation system and the sort management working of teachers,it states the reasons of problems bases on analyzing the main problems of G college,to then put forward relevant measures.Promote the effectiveness of performance evaluation with reasonable classification of teachers,and promote the working of sort management of teachers through analyzing,feeding back and applying the result of performance evaluation,to closely connect the performance evaluation of teachers and sort management,so as to reach the goal of arousing the working enthusiam of teachers,promoting the steady improving improvement of school-running level,and realizing the mutual development of schools and teachers.
