A Research On Support Sysytem For Social Entrepreneurship Of College Students

Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress put forward to perfect the social volunteer service system, pay attention to the construction and management of social organizations, play the positive role of social organizations, strengthen the social autonomy function requirements; the eighteen Party Congress stressed the guiding workers to change their concept of employment, to encourage multi-channel and multi forms of employment, promote entrepreneurship, extensive volunteer service,accelerate the formation of the modern social organization system to separate the government responsibilities, in accordance with the law of autonomy; Party's the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the sound and promote employment mechanism, improve social governance, activate social organization vitality; the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee explicitly proposed to strengthen the legislative work of social organizations. December 2013, the central economic conference pointed out to do a good job of employment in a prominent position, focusing on employment of College graduates. In recent years, through voluntary service, social entrepreneurship and social organization development to solve social problems, access to the community's universal recognition and support. For the continuous manifestation and the further intensification of the global financial crisis, the problem of college students employment, the government and social efforts to solve, social entrepreneurship is becoming a new choice. However, few studies on the current social entrepreneurship in China, social entrepreneurship is only in 1990s gradually by foreign scholars and begin the theoretical research,basic domestic attention from the beginning of 2006, a lack of relevant academic research. Social entrepreneurship practice is in the initial stage,especially the college students' social entrepreneurship activities, there is a big gap between demand and practice,students have not been included in the mainstream of social entrepreneurship practice base of the entrepreneurship of College students. The main reason is that the support system of College Students' social entrepreneurship is not perfect.In this paper, through the collation and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, trying to explain the theoretical basis of college students social support system for entrepreneurship, is in reference to Anglo American representative of social entrepreneurship experience based support system, taking Wenzhou University as an example, through the investigation and interview to understand the students for social entrepreneurship and related support system views in order to analyze the status quo of college students and cognitive, social entrepreneurship,and try to put forward on the basis of the construction of suggestions and measures of social entrepreneurship support system of college students, in order to promote college students' social entrepreneurship practice by"sparks of fire" to "Liaoyuanzhishi" development reference.
