Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Support System For College Students In Physical Education Colleges

Wthe the development of economy and the popularization of sports in the past few years,China’s sports market has achieved unprecedented development,but there are still some problems,such as the overall development scale is not large,the vitality is not strong and so on.This requires the injection of sports innovation and entrepreneurship talents to promote the development of China’s sports industry.As the main force of sports innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation,sports colleges and universities actively respond to the national development Call for a series of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform and formulate a series of measures to support college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities.However,how to support the effect of college students,what are the shortcomings? At this stage,it is urgent to evaluate the related work.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a comprehensive and scientific evaluation index system of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship support system in sports colleges and universities,and reasonably guide them to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship work.Based on the collaborative innovation theory,system theory and CIPP theoretical model,this paper uses the methods of literature review,interview,Delphi and analytic hierarchy process to analyze the construction of the evaluation index system of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship support system.According to the situation of Students’ entrepreneurship support.This paper analyzes the evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship support for college students in sports colleges.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In this study,Delphi method is used to optimize and improve the evaluation index framework preliminarily constructed by literature and interview method.Finally,the evaluation index system of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship support system in P.E.Colleges is constructed.The index system includes four primary indexes,namely,the basic environment of innovation and entrepreneurship,the allocation of innovation and entrepreneurship resources,the support of innovation and entrepreneurship process,and the innovation and entrepreneurship support system There are 12 secondary indicators,including regional environment,atmosphere building,system construction,organization and leadership,teacher input,financial input,sports innovation and entrepreneurship courses,places and facilities,sports innovation and entrepreneurship projects,student performance,entrepreneurship achievements and social benefits;36 tertiary indicators,including innovation and entrepreneurship activity in the city where sports colleges are located,and the location of sports colleges Government support for innovation and entrepreneurship.(2)By using the analytic hierarchy process,this paper calculates the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship support system in physical education colleges.The weight order of the first level index is as follows: innovation and entrepreneurship resource allocation(0.44)> innovation and entrepreneurship process support(0.36)> innovation and entrepreneurship basic environment(0.11)> innovation and entrepreneurship support effect(0.09)The order of index weight under source allocation is: funding input(0.52)> Organizational Leadership(0.18)> teacher input(0.16)> sports innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum(0.14).The order of index weight under the support of innovation and entrepreneurship process is: place facilities(0.50)= sports innovation and Entrepreneurship Project(0.50).The order of index weight under the basic environment of innovation and entrepreneurship is: regional environment(0.50)>atmosphere building(0.25)=system construction(0.25),and the order of index weight under the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship support is: student performance(0.47)> social benefits(0.33)> entrepreneurial achievements(0.15).(3)The evaluation index system of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship support system in sports colleges and universities is constructed,which supplements the research theory of sports innovation and entrepreneurship in China,and provides a reference tool selection for the evaluation of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship support system in sports colleges and universities in China.Therefore,the evaluation index system in the actual application process,should be adjusted according to the actual situation,in order to more effectively reflect the effect of sports colleges on College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship support.
