In recent years, college students’ employee situation is not optimistic. Encouragingcollege student start their own business is not only can solve the problem of their employment,it also can settle others employment issue. Therefore entrepreneurship issue is worthy to study.On the other hand, one person’s entrepreneurship career is depending on whether he or shegets proper entrepreneurship education, so entrepreneurship education gradually becomes ahot topic in economic and society development of our nation. Entrepreneurship education’sresearch is put on each relate department’s agenda and the most urgent study question is howall social department to support entrepreneurship education corporately. But there is a difficultin reality situation, the level of all regions is range from excellent to bad. Different conditionsneeds for different processing. Hence, how to scientifically evaluate level of entrepreneurshipeducation social support is a serious problem that needs to settle it firstly.Due to the entrepreneurship education social support is new rising concept, so it still lacksrelation studies in our country and abroad. The few existing research files largely confined tothe concept definition and theoretical framework, no matter to say the study on the appraisalmodel of entrepreneurship education social support. This thesis attempts to draw up fromquantitative analysis to evaluate the entrepreneurship education social support and establishevaluation system and model. Hence, as Shandong province an example, make some empiricalanalysis and to propose response measure based on the result of analysis.The thesis firstly summarizes the relevant research on college student entrepreneurshipeducation social support and lays a theoretical basis for paper frame. According to principalsubjects of entrepreneurship education social support, this thesis tries to classify into fouraspects: government support, college support, enterprise support and family&individualsupport. Secondly, index factor has been selected by referring material and documents. Themethod of enterprise interview and expert investigation is used to improve the index system ofcollege student’s entrepreneurship education social support which is made up of21factors in4classes.On the basis of established index system, this thesis attempts to set up the evaluationmodel for college student’s entrepreneurship education social support. Depend on different surgery area, selected different experts to estimate score and get judging matrix. The judgingmatrix determines the index weight at all level with AHP. The next step is fuzzycomprehensive evaluation. This paper use single factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation andassignment vector uniformization to calculate score of the qualitative index that difficult toquantify. Finally, make empirical analysis of Shandong province. Obtain index data withquestionnaires and interview and calculates each index’s score and general score of the model.As to the problem reflected by the result of evaluation on entrepreneurship education socialsupport in Shandong, analysis the cause of the result and put forward correspondingcountermeasures.
