Orphans and disabled children are special groups of children,most of them suffer from different degrees and different types of disabilities.At present,the primary way of Orphans and disabled children's raising and caring is welfare institution collective care.In welfare institution,nursery governess play the role of caring for children.But,children's home in China,The ratio of nursery governess to children is low.Children in welfare generally lack of the family care and education.Due to the children lose their parents prematurely,they lack of good attachment relationship.Their attachment types are insecurity attachment mostly and vast majority of them lack a sense of security than normal children.They are proned to cognitive or behavioral problems and affected children's life and learning.Therefore,this study will take improving the orphans and disabled children insecurity attachment as the main topics,found the problems and reasonsorphans,and using social work method to intervene.This study takes the orphans and disabled children in Nanjing welfare institute as the research object.First of all,the author learning the basic situation of Nanjing orphanage orphans and disabled children,through social worker's introduction and data access.And the orphans and disabled children in the welfare are special,therefore,after author combined with the views of social workers and own observations,we choose CJM as the service object of the case,and carry out social work intervention for him.The AQS test result of CJM was 0.232,lower than the standard value of children's attachment 0.33.The author confirmed that the type of CJM attachment is insecurity attachment.After,according to the test results and found the problem,the author designed acase service plan for him,which is based on attachment theory and cognitive behavior therapy.This program consists of 4 phases and 17 cases of the service,including:The task of first phase is to establish a professional relationship,get client trust evaluation and assess the problem,carrying out case interview and homework guidance;The second stage throughing interviews and games interaction,we expect to reshape the case of the main cognitive and improve insecure attachment;The third stage,through discussion,role-playing,homework and other activities,we expected to improve the surrounding environment,and correct the wrong behavior;The fourth stages using systematic desensitization to aim at the main problem,carry out AQS test and post closing work,I encourage client to express emotions and improve insecurity attachment.By evaluating the intervention plan and objectives,results and others,show that case intervention with remarkable results,AQS aftertest result is 0.320,compared with the pretest significantly improved;The client has obvious change in cognition and behavior.Including that learn to affirm oneself,enhance self-confidence;take the initiative to play with partners;show understanding to nursery governess and resolve the contradiction;to eliminate the language and physical attack of partners;learn to take the initiative to express his emotions.Finally,the study were summarized with insecurity attachment of orphans and disabled children by case work,and reflect on the pattern and ethical dilemma of the case.The writer hope that through this study can cause children's welfare institutions and related fields of attention to this issue.
