A Comparative Study On The Operation Mechanism Of SCBA And NCAA Basketball League

With the development of sports in our country,various sports colleges and universities as the focus of China's competitive sports and school sports development is an important component of the national sports college athletics level but in the development of the current economic level slightly lagging behind,most of the sports colleges and universities do not stop,even in certain circumstances there are setbacks.These sports colleges and universities are facing not only the quality of students,the decline in the number of students,but also due to the limitations of the relevant competition system,caught in the embarrassing situation can not play the game.In the game,basketball games in the sports colleges and universities four years only in competition organized by the National Institute of cooperation.In 2014,the State Council issued "on accelerating the development of the sports industry to promote a number of opinions" of sports consumption,the State Sports General Administration attaches great importance to this work,this paper proposes to create a brand new school,the competition mode of Basketball League national sports college school event ",to attempt to reform the college market operation of sports events to strengthen the cultivation of reserve talents.Jiang Zhixue,director of the science and education administration of the General Administration of sport of China,pointed out in June 5,2015 that the National Sports College Basketball League preparatory meeting.The development of sports industry in the new period,the revitalization of the three balls has risen to the national strategic level.Under the new form of sports deepening reform,scientific planning and market operation,as the national sports academy,it is necessary to establish their own league matches and build up a brand.The establishment of this event is also the implementation of the State Sports General Administration of the "one school,one brand,the deployment of a school work event",and hopes to take this opportunity to really create a new model of national sports college competition,thereby expanding the sports colleges and the social influence,creating value,influential platform".He also pointed out that "the establishment of the National Sports College Basketball League is just a start,is also a benchmark,we have started the first gun",a good start for the future of the Volleyball League,the football league,paved the way".Therefore,how to establish and improve the operating mechanism of SCBA on the basis of the existing resources is particularly important.After more than and 100 years of continuous development,the United States has become one of the most successful sports events in the world,and its highly efficient operation mechanism of NCAA is the basis for the development of NCAA.The same as College Students League,SCBA and NCAA have many similarities in the aspects of management mechanism and management model,but the SCBA and NCAA SCBA significantly compared to the gap,there are many factors restricting the development of the management mechanism,competition mechanism,management mechanism.Through the comparison of SCBA and NCAA operating mechanism,it can provide experience for the promotion of the overall level of SCBA basketball league.Through literature,expert interviews,case study method,comparative analysis method,comprehensive study of domestic and foreign scholars on this issue and related problems,put forward the existing SCBA operating mechanism,aiming at these problems put forward specific proposals.This paper draws the following conclusions:1.Contest organization: a clear differentiation of responsibility and authority of each committee in the process of operation,the early realization of the right of separation;rules and regulations;apply for approval of athletes,athletes set up grading committee.2.Competition system: invite more institutions to participate in the SCBA,the League classification,the implementation of the new competition system;grassroots competition to promote,to carry out a variety of activities.3.Mode of operation: construct a scientific and reasonable personnel training system;establish SCBA talent database;improve the operation mode and broaden the economic source.
