Objective: the present study is focused on renal function after acute endurance sports temporary decline,of long-term aerobic exercise on the improvement of renal function of the study is less,the elderly with age,glomerular filtration rate decreased,creatinine clearance rate is reduced,the glomerular filtration rate is an important indicator of renal function in reaction,glomerular filtration rate at the same time reduce is independent risk factors of cardiovascular disease.This study attempts to explore 12 weeks square dance movement intervention for the elderly body shape index(body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,waist height ratio),blood biochemical index(serum creatinine,blood uric acid,urea nitrogen and creatine kinase and c-reactive protein)and the reaction of renal function indexes(GFR),the influence of aims to provide the oretical basis for the elderly scientific exercise.Methods:choic Fourty-eight middle-aged and elderly people aged 55-69 years old in Pan long Square and Tang guan District of Jinan City were randomly divided into exercise intervention group(n = 23)and aged 60.00 ± 5.60(year)according to the principle of voluntary participation in exercise.),Height 160.21 ± 6.76(cm),body weight 63.20 ± 8.65(kg),BMI 24.68 ± 2.68(kg / m2),control group 25,age 58.50 ±3.50,height 157.90 ± 8.04(cm),body weight 62.6 ± 8.53(kg)BMI 24.90 ± 2.70(kg /m2).Exercise intervention group subjects for 12 weeks of square dance exercise intervention: 4 days a week,every 30min-60 min square dance exercise,intensity control in 50%-60% of the maximum oxygen uptake.The control group to maintain the original state of life,do not carry out any form of regular sports.At the same time,the blood samples of the elbow vein in the quiet state were centrifuged at 3000 rpm for15min to detect the serum creatinine in the subjects.Blood urea,uric acid,serum creatine kinase and C-reactive protein content,the day before the blood should stop vigorous activity while eating to light-based,Ji Jiu and caffeine-containing beverages.using the Cockcroft-Gault formula and the simplified MDRD formulae,SPSS was used to analyze the experimental data.All the experimental data were statistically described by the mean soil standard deviation,with P <0.05 indicating significant difference,and P <0.01 indicating very significant difference.Results: After 4 time,30min-60 min each week for 12 weeks,the participants in the exercise intervention group did not have any symptoms,and all completed the experiment.The body mass index BMI of the middle-aged and elderly people in the exercise intervention group decreased,but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05),waist circumference,waist-to-height ratio decreased(P <0.05).serum creatinine decreased significantly 14.4%(P <0.01)has a very significant difference,blood urea nitrogen decreased by only 2.8%(P> 0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant.The level of serum uric acid was significantly decreased by 41.4%(P<0.01).Based on the simplified MDRD formula,the e GFRMDRD was increased by 23.7%(P <0.01),using the Cockcroft-Gault formula the value of e GFRCG increased by 18.7%(P <0.01)),and the creatine kinase value decreased by 7.5%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level and high sensitivity C-reactive protein level(P> 0.05),but no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),and the glomerular filtration rate decreased slightly(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),but there was no significant change in creatine kinase and high sensitive C-reactive protein(P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between the glomerular filtration rate and the changes of creatine kinase and C-reactive protein in the intervention group(r = 0.413 n= 23 P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.12 weeks square dance exercise intervention can reduce the exercise intervention group subjects BMI,HC,significantly improve central obesity.2.The 12-week square dance intervention can improve the number of glomerular filtration rates and improve kidney function.3.3.50%-60% of the vo2 max movement does not cause the damage of skeletal muscle,lower serum creatinine levels at the same time under the influence of skeletal muscle injury,lower serum creatinine level is the result of a change in kidney function.
