Analysis Of The Techniques And Tactics Of Zhao Shuai, An Excellent Chinese Male Taekwondo Athlete In The 2021 Tokyo Olympics

In the last two Olympic cycles,the Outstanding Male Taekwondo athletes represented by Zhao Shuai made breakthroughs in the Olympic Games and the world championships,it has greatly promoted the status of Chinese men's Taekwondo in the World Taekwondo.Although Chinese men's taekwondo athletes have made some achievements,however,there is still a certain gap compared with the world's powerful men's Taekwondo countries,the application level of technology and tactics still has great room for improvement.Study and analyze their technical and tactical application characteristics in the competition,it can provide some reference for the training and preparation of Chinese men's taekwondo athletes during the2024 Paris Olympic Games,help them further improve their technical and tactical level,strive to achieve better results and greater breakthroughs in the new Olympic cycle.This paper using the literature,expert interview,video observation,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,selects Zhao Shuai,a Chinese Excellent Male Taekwondo Athlete in the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games,as an example,make statistics,analysis and comparison on the application of technology and tactics in all four games of the current Olympic Games,looking for the application law of techniques and tactics of China's Excellent Male Taekwondo athletes,find out the relative advantages and gaps with the opponent in the application of techniques and tactics,and put forward targeted suggestions.Through this research,summed up the characteristics and laws of the application of techniques and tactics of China's Elite Male Taekwondo athletes,it has certain reference significance for the training of domestic Male Taekwondo athletes,provide decision-making reference for future training and war preparation,by consolidating advantages and making up for deficiencies,continuously improve their competitive level and ability,create better results.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Zhao Shuai's leading technology is front cross kick and side kick,the main scoring techniques are side kick and back kick;The middle technology mainly includes front cross kick,rear cross kick,side kick and push kick,high position techniques mainly include front cross kick and down split,high technical heading is one of the important scoring means;The combination of footwork and leg technique is good,strong practicability and effectiveness.2.Zhao Shuai's station is mainly open station,the dominant leg is the right leg,the scoring ability is strong in the right open position,the technical reserve under the open station is more comprehensive,and the technical application in different positions is mainly cross kick and side kick.3.In the competition,Zhao Shuai mainly used five tactical forms: attack tactics,encounter tactics,Counterattack Tactics,fake action tactics and corner tactics,used most of the attack tactics,the second is offensive tactics,the overall attack rhythm is dominated by confrontation and supplemented by active attack,in different innings,the number of active attack tactics is less than that of the opponent.8 Zhao Shuai's technical is simple and efficient and has strong adaptability,the technology based on the front leg has obvious use characteristics and remarkable effects,the technical reserve under the right potential station is relatively comprehensive,combine the advantages of height and leg length,and boldly use high-level technology.Burt the boxing skills are rarely used and the scoring ability is weak,simplification of offensive technology,active attack tactics are rarely used.
