This article mainly USES the literature material method, interview method, experimental method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods to explore core stability training effects on taekwondo horizontal kicking technique. Experiment object for12taekwondo team athletes of shandong province, the implementation of core stability training for12weeks after the intervention, testing and statistic processing horizontal kicking action to complete the process, action time, joint Angle, speed, mobile distance related kinematic data, by comparative analysis before and after the experiment transverse kicking action before and after some biomechanical parameters change, evaluation and testing core stability training of taekwondo athletes horizontal kicking technique, the influence of the final reason for the action of the transverse kicking action on the stability of core combed and summarized.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Through comparing before and after the experiment found that core stability training of taekwondo athletes horizontal kicking action sports time, the influence of the movement time significantly.(2) Core stability training helps make kicked hip movements more smooth, stretch;Core stability training on supporting leg limited impact in the Angle of each joint.(3) Through the core stability training, on foot, kicking, accelerated the toe and knee, hip is falling. Visible, core stability training enhances the hip stability, improve the speed of transverse kicking action toe and knee.(4) Before and after the experiment transverse kicking action against leg tiptoe speed on each axis movement distance under the condition of core stability training interventions are shortened, complete transverse kicking action time is shortened obviously.(5) Core stability training on the analysis of the causes of transverse kicking action:maintain control body balance and stability of transverse kicking action technology;Speed up the transverse kicking action, improved action strike force;Transverse kicking action efficiency, reduce energy consumption;Provide transverse kicking movement to stand, and guarantee the power transfer.
