Since twenty-first Century, the rapid development of China's sports industry. In 2014 the State Council issued a document "on accelerating the development of sports industry to promote a number of opinions" of sports consumption, put forward the development goals by 2025 to basically establish a rational layout, complete functions,has a wide range of sports industry system. In 2016 the State Sports General Administration for further planning the development of the sports industry, promulgated and implemented the "sports development plan" "13th Five-Year". Adjust the sports industry organization, optimize the spatial layout of the sports industry. Sports club is an important carrier of expanding sports consumption groups, and also an important part of the development of sports industry. The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is the peak period of the development of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics. Since then, the rhythmic gymnastics project has received more attention, the market has gradually expanded, the rapid development of Beijing rhythmic gymnastics club, gradually mature, increasing demand.Through the literature method, interview method, comparative analysis method and case study method in Beijing Yunze rhythmic gymnastics club, Beijing Zhengrong rhythmic gymnastics club, Beijing Zhong Ling rhythmic gymnastics club ,Beijing Huayi angel rhythmic gymnastics club,Beijing G&D rhythmic gymnastics club ,resources input and output, management structure and function analysis of survey analysis, club management content outstanding. Through the study found:First, the stability of the professional team is not strong and the comprehensive level is not high, which is the main factor restricting the development of Beijing rhythmic gymnastics club: Lack of professional sports management personnel, managers' gender imbalance; coach mobility; lack of professional marketing staff.Second, the single financing channel is an important reason for hindering the expansion of Beijing rhythmic gymnastics club. Capital directly influences the establishment of manpower and material level of the club, and the single investment and tuition have always restricted the expansion of the club.Third, the course of product development, the target group's new development is a basic strategy for development of Beijing artistic gymnastics club: the curriculum content should be adjusted according to the characteristics of students in Beijing city each artistic gymnastics club in the course to meet the development needs of students. Increase adult rhythmic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, coaches and other subjects, and expand the Beijing rhythmic gymnastics club consumer market.Fourth, Propaganda channel information, establishing the mechanism of cooperation in the development of school is Beijing city art gymnastics club to develop marketing initiatives: Beijing City Art Gymnastics Club in addition to the use of WeChat public number, etc. "exposure club information, should participate in the rhythmic gymnastics club competitions and after training camp.
