With the advancing of the process of marketization, the competitive environment for sport industry and sport market in China is more and more fierce. The first consideration for sport enterprises would be how to get the competitive advantages and realize the development of market operational mode effectively. The performances of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics competitions in recent years in international races improve greatly, especially in the2008Olympic Games, which greatly raised China’s international status of this sport, make the public begin to have growing interests on Rhythmic Gymnastics. With the improvement of public appreciation of art, rhythmic gymnastics become more and more popular among citizens, which forms needs for an artistic gymnastics training market. This thesis analyzes the need of the children’s artistic gymnastics training market according to the market status and beneficial policies for mass sport, provides information of the children’s artistic gymnastics training operation mode of the market and stimulate the creation of training institutions and a good development to meet market demand, discusses the problems exists and how to approach such problems, by doing this to promote and active sports market, improve the sports market macroeconomic benefits, and solve the employment problem of retired players. This research is divided into a total of nine parts, the first part is an introduction, describes the research background of this paper, significance and research status at home and abroad; the second part is about the operation mode and an overview of the Children’s artistic gymnastics training market in Beijing; the third part is about the value chain of related market; the fourth part is the environment of the market, where the advantages and disadvantages are discussed;the fifth part analyze the advantages and disadvantages of YunZe gymnastics training club by using the method of swot; the sixth part is the key part of this thesis, which provides strategy countermeasures aimed to solve the problems in the operation mode of this market; the seventh part is feasibility analysis; the eighth part is strategy implementation; the last part of the conclusion.
