Following the continuous development of new curriculum reform, teachers, as the principle part implementing this education reform, have received a widespread attention. It is realized that the education and teaching will lose vitality and creativity only relying on teacher’s personal capability improvement without harmonious and effective teamwork. So the important roles that teachers’ team plays in promoting teachers’ professional development, improving teaching quality as well as helping students’ healthy and all-round development have drawn the mass attentions.The research related to teachers teams, which include investigations theoretically and practically which have all established preliminary systems. But the question is most of the viewing angles of these studies focuses on colleges and universities. Studies involving in teachers’ teams of primary and middle schools mostly focus on lessons preparations, grade groups and so on. This article takes classroom teacher team as study objects and P Middle School in Shuangliu County, Chengdu as an individual case. This article deeply investigates the school’s construction conditions of classroom teacher teams through questionnaires, investigations and interviews. The purpose is to discover problems existing in constructing classrooms teacher teams in this school and analyze the reasons for these problems. And then this article proposes practical suggestions according to actual conditions.This article includes five parts. Part one is Introduction, which includes backgrounds and significance, literature reviews related to classrooms teachers teams, selection of research methods. Part two is the major definitions involving in harmonious construction of classrooms teacher teams. Part three is the current construction conditions of classrooms teacher teams in P middle school. The article analyzes the data and materials gaining through questionnaires, observations and interviews to present the real construction conditions of classrooms teachers teams as well as the reasons for existing problems which mainly include: the teams’ purpose can not stimulate the members’ working passions; there is a lack of effective information communication inside and outside the teams, there is a lack of harmonious team spirit as well as a lack of comprehensive leadership and quality. Part four is countermeasure analysis on harmonious classrooms teacher teams. The article is guided by theoretical knowledge including sociology, psychology, pedagogy and so on to propose some practical suggestions in making common goals of teams, constructing effective information communication approaches, building harmonious team spirit and enhancing comprehensive leaderships and so on. Part five is conclusions, which is a summary and review of the gains and losses of this article.
