In recent years, it is major concerned that the teaching team cooperation in secondary vocational school. Seeing from the trend of reforming and development in current secondary vocational education, the traditional teaching model-- "teaching alone" --can not meet the needs of the teaching team's development in cooperation; At the same time, in secondary vocational school, the status of the teaching team cooperation is really unsatisfactory. At this stage, the teachers rely on teaching team, through their cooperation and exchanges and better implementing their education act, can constantly upgrade the teacher individual and the teacher group's professional knowledge and teaching ability, promote the teaching researching levels and the teaching quality, thereby enhance the competitiveness of the overall education in secondary vocational school.
