In recent years, it is major concerned that the teaching team cooperation in secondary vocational school. Seeing from the trend of reforming and development in current secondary vocational education, the traditional teaching model-- "teaching alone" --can not meet the needs of the teaching team's development in cooperation; At the same time, in secondary vocational school, the status of the teaching team cooperation is really unsatisfactory. At this stage, the teachers rely on teaching team, through their cooperation and exchanges and better implementing their education act, can constantly upgrade the teacher individual and the teacher group's professional knowledge and teaching ability, promote the teaching researching levels and the teaching quality, thereby enhance the competitiveness of the overall education in secondary vocational school. Thus, further researching the teaching team cooperation has deep and extensive practical significance.This article from such teaching team cooperation existing problems of secondary vocational school, the investigation questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews of teachers'team status empirical investigation, and combined with related team cooperation related theory, analyses the unfavorable factors for the teaching team cooperation, discusses or put forward some effective methods or constructive suggestions on the teaching team cooperation.This article mainly elaborated from four aspects to subject or research: one is outlining the sources of this research project and theoretical significance, expounding the research methods and its basic contents of teaching team cooperation in secondary vocational school;Two is outlining some concepts of teaching team cooperation related in secondary vocational school; Three is the investigation of the status of the teaching team cooperation and on the basis,analyzeing the real negative factors of the teaching team in secondary vocational school;Fourth, focus on the example of the teaching team cooperation research in B secondary vocational school, Baiyun, Guangzhou, put forward some effective methods or constructive suggestions on improving the teaching team cooperation.
