As we all know, with the popularization of higher education,postgraduates, especially female postgraduates are facing rigorous employment circumstance. With the emergence of the difficult employment,the employment psychology of female postgraduates in colleges and universities also appears new situation and problem,even the employment psychology of some students shows obvious maladjustment, this will affect the smooth employment of female postgraduates.The employment psychology of female postgraduates refers to the state of mental activity which generated from the process of female postgraduates examine their professional ability to seek suitable for self-development career in the context of the current society. It includes cognition of job selection, feelings of job selection, motivation of job selection. It is an important factor in the success of employment to hold the positive employment psychology, thus guiding the Female Postgraduates to set up correct and positive employment psychology is not only the inevitable requirement of female postgraduates achieving employment and being healthy development, but also conducive to the realization the goal of talent training in colleges and universities and formation of harmonious and stable campus environment,even has a positive impact on allocating social human resources rationally and stabilizing and according to social relations.The formation of the employment psychology is not innate,but a complicated process which is influenced by a variety of subjective and objective factors such as society, school, family, oneself and so on. In the detailed investigation and study, we can find, the employment psychology of female postgraduates reveals these positive features that the job selection perception gradually mature, the feelings of choosing a job is relatively stable, the will of job selection will be enhanced and value orientation of the vocational selection tends to be rational,simultaneously displays negative features for example there is a deviation from professional cognition , the bad feelings of choosing a job has highlighted, the will of job selection remains to be enhanced, value orientation of the vocational selection exists utilitarian. To some extent, these adverse employment psychology will affect the smooth employment of female graduate students.Therefore, aiming at female postgraduates’ unhealthy employment psychology, and on the basis of analyzing the reasons, in this paper, the author puts forward the measures of guiding the female postgraduate to set up the right employment psychology from situation and policy, ideological education, careers guidance and psychological counseling: in order to update the female postgraduates’ professional selection ideas, colleges and universities strengthen the guidance of the situation and policies; colleges and universities should pay attention to ideological and political education in order to guide female postgraduates to set up correct employment outlook;optimizing the employment guidance in colleges and universities is to improve the negative employment psychology of female postgraduates; and in order to improve female postgraduates’ career confidence, colleges and universities carry out the psychological counseling of job selection, So as to guide the female postgraduates to set up a correct employment psychology. |
