With the operation of the connotation construction of secondary vocational education in our country,it's increasingly important to take teachers' professional quality into consideration.Meanwhile,the initial teachers shoulder the vital task of the future development of vocational education,the primary stage of their professional quality must be taken seriously.Considering the diversity of these new teachers,the singularity and short-term of training for them can not meet their demands.Therefore,it's imperative to create a new form that let the initial teachers quickly adapt to their work and persist in learning.School-based advanced study and training is a new paradigm which is beyond “ School-based training” and “School-based teaching”,to promote professional development with centering on teachers.As for a initial teacher,the implementation of School-based advanced study and training is practical and effective.Due to the history of school-based advanced study and training in our country is relatively short,and most results getting in primary and secondary schools,so there are many problems of school-based advanced study and training in secondary vocational education,such as: initial teachers' school-based study and training desire is not strong enough;paying less attention to content of school-based advanced study and training;the organization and evaluation mechanism of school-based advanced study and training are not perfect.Thus,there is a pressing need to carry out school-based advanced study and training in secondary vocational school combined with characteristics of practical,applied and employment orientation.The thesis mainly discusses the importance of school-based advanced study and training in secondary vocational school for the initial teachers.And then the content of school-based advanced study and training should meet the actual needs of these teachers.The third one is the implementation of school-based advanced study and training should have a pertinence after investigation and interview.In terms of existing problems,this thesis suggests: In internal aspect,content of school-based advanced study and training need more practical and integrate into the construction of campus culture;And the evaluation mechanism of school-based training need to be further improved,;for another thing,setting up initial teachers' school-based advanced study and training files and guarantee system to ensure its implementation.
