It is a trend that school-based training is attached in international in-service teacher education in the process of innovation in school. School-based training is to re-educate for teachers, it is an important way to improve the quality of teachers. Recent years, the training is attached more for its pertinent training content, flexible training method and evident effect. In order to enrich the theories of school-based training, and provide useful guidance for the teacher training in secondary vocational schools, the thesis explores the issues of school-based training in secondary vocational school, with employing the research methods of materials analyzing and interviewing. To analyze the connotation and support of school-based training of secondary vocational school, make clear the concept of school-based training in secondary vocational school, that is, school-based training in secondary vocational school bases on the secondary vocational school, aims at culturing "double competency's teaching staff". The schools themselves or cooperate with the enterprises, companies, organization or persons to implement the school-based training .The training is needed by the schools and teachers, and guided by school-based training organizations. And it is a teacher training that should be participated by presidents of school, the teachers and the pupils, and also makes use of kinds of resources in or out schools. At last, the author constructs training system of secondary vocational schools, and provides some suggestions for the school-based training in the secondary vocational schools. |
