The thesis is against the background of professionalization,the main topic of the thesis is that with a view of teacher's professionalization. Teachers'morals should be regarded as the professional morals to be cultivated. It's contents, channels and methods and etc have been changed, compare with the past of the improfessionalization period.The thesis consists of four parts:The first part expounded the subject how and what do asking, the significant of study and the methods.The second part defines the implications of teacher's morals, holding the view that teacher's morals comprises the following two aspects: First, teachers'morals are individualed as teachers'professional morals. Second, the character with teacher himself (herself) is melt together it. The thesis expounds them in theory and holds that in the stage of initial teacher's training, it's necessary to train the teacher's professional morals in teacher-training school with a clear aim.The third part discusses the ways and methods of initial teacher's training in manifest curiculum and hidden curriculum. The manifest curiculum mainly discusses the application of teaching methods of cases; the hidden curriculum mainly dissusses the constuction of campus culture. As to the self-education of students in teachers'training school, the thesis mainly analyeze the factor of influencing the teacher's morals and development of potential of self-education.The fourth part is the conclusion. We Suggests Normal Universities to settle the three problems:changing to teachers'moral views;constructing teachers'moral in the whole;call on the power of the public media.
