Job burnout is a kind of the work content and the actions of a single bit of mental symptoms of dry,is due to the working pressure is too heavy to bear employees feel exhausted feeling,no spirit,work is main body in cannot solve their own work to the pressure of their cases by phenomenon of body organs degeneration,mental haggard.In education career,female teachers in colleges and universities has always been a special group,they should have rich knowledge namely reserves to cope with the social and the challenges of The Times,in the face of competition in the job pressure,but also need more consideration to the family,especially the task of the children can't be replaced,must want to undertake,and women's physiological characteristics and special psychological characteristic,in China for thousands of years under the influence of traditional thought,female teachers in colleges and universities under the pressure of social expectations with its own role conflict and job burnout situation more and more serious.Because I am in the Inner Mongolia region,so choose more specific areas of Inner Mongolia university teacher as the research object of this article.Research of this paper is about female teachers to explore the external environment in colleges and universities,colleges and universities organization system,teachers' factors such as the variable to research the influence of job burnout,purpose from theory,the external environment,organization system of colleges and universities,teachers' factor on job burnout of related problems,to review and summarize and set the research object to the special group of college female teachers.Through the questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods,from the empirical research on the investigation to explore the status quo of college teacher job burnout,combination with the characteristics of teacher role to analyze its source of job burnout and the relationship between the variables and job burnout in front of and other issues were discussed and studied.This article main research content is as follows:The first chapter is introduction,including research background,research significance,research content and methods and possible innovations and shortcomings.The second chapter is literature reviews and related concept definition,basic theory were reviewed.Discusses the related concepts and theoretical basis of occupational burnout,this paper expounds the concrete career burnout,female teachers in colleges and universities,the connotation of the concept of job burnout among teachers,and illustrates the related theoretical basis.The third chapter is the theoretical mechanism of the formation of professional burnout and influence factors analysis,this paper studies the theory support and research the establishment of the theoretical model and research hypothesis is put forward.The fourth chapter is the theoretical assumptions of the third chapter proposed the empirical analysis,including the need to use in the process of research and data analysis method and the theory of elaboration,in Inner Mongolia region and the results of the present situation of teacher job burnout research and analysis,and correlation analysis of work stress and job burnout.The fifth chapter is according to the fourth chapter analysis the content of college female teachers in Inner Mongolia paper analyzes the causes of job burnout.Chapter 6 based on the causes of job burnout have put forward Suggestions and methods.The seventh chapter summary to the research of this paper.
