While the tempo of modern society is speeding up, more and more intense competitions bring people with high psychological pressure. If practitioners can not conduct proper psychological adjustment oneself or get psychological affordance from outside to relax these pressure effectively, they are likely to get into a vicious circle of passive emotions and fall off an exhaustive state that tightly correlate with vocation——job burnoutTeachers are high-risk population for job burnout, which will have immense passive influence to the development of their students. The Early Childhood Education is the fundamental of basic education, so it is significant to research the job burnout status of kindergartners. There are many domestic researches about teachers of primary school, middle school and university in this field, but that of kindergartners are absent. Each herd of teachers faces diverse educational object and various demands of society, so the reasons lead to their burnout may be different. Base on this basic hypothesis, I selected 500 kindergartners of Kunming as my research object, and used the toolkits 'Questionnaire on Vocational Status of Kindergartners of Kunming' (Includes MBI Scale and Influence Facts Inquiry Questionnaire) and Spss Software to investigate the real status of job burnout of this teachers' herd.There are five parts in this thesis. The first part elucidates the reason why selecting this subject, analyzes the status of this field and introduces the methods used in this research; the second part investigates the job burnout status of kindergartners in Kunming; the third part analyzes the possible reasons lead to these status from four perspectives, they are individual, society, profession and organization; and on this basis, the fourth part makes some considerations and provides some suggestions to prevent and ameliorate job burnout of kindergartners in Kunming; the five part is a sum and a reflection to the value of this research, and to the status of job burnout, and to the factos affect the feelings of job.bournout as well, and at last draws a conclusion:1. The job burnout of kindergartners in Kunming is not so serious, but teachers in public kindergartens public get more burnout than those in private ones; 2.
